This book is brilliant – really tests your brain! A long time since I’ve had anything to do with studying anatomy but found this really interesting and engaging.

Thank you NetGalley for my complimentary copy in return for my honest review.

This is such a cool book! We are using it with our unit study on anatomy and human body systems and my kiddos are thoroughly enjoying it!

This puzzle book is so amazingly done! Love the design, the illustration and it's always great to have fun while learning! It's good for both young people but also adult people that want to know more and keep their brain busy.
I'd recommend this book - it's very well done and the puzzles are not boring at all.
Thanks NetGalley for the eARC in exchange for an honest review.

Head to toe, a unique medical challenge! Whether you are a medical professional or a novice or just an admirer of all things medical, you will appreciate the puzzles offered in this book. You can learn, or play, but why not both! The anatomy is thorough, and the puzzles are varied in type and level of difficulty. Thankfully, the answers are provided in a key the end of the book.
I received a complimentary copy of this book from the publisher via NetGalley and all opinions expressed are my own and freely given.

This book is much better than I expected. Fully of biology questions, anagrams and puzzles. Ideal of ks3+ as well as adults it would be a fun revision tool .

Hmmm… Using a classical textbook style, this puzzle book shows a timeless visual quality, but on closer examination might not be in the perfect bill of health. For every subject we get a full-page illustration, and introductory text, telling us the structures of the hand, or defining the ribs as true, false or floating, or running us through the colon (nice). We then get the two pages of puzzles for each topic, but these will be immediately answerable if we've just read the paragraph preceding. Some are rather on the easy side anyway, and any ounce of medical, or logical/puzzling graft will get you the answers quickly, but even with the harder, more specialist ones, I actually fail to see the purpose of any of them if we've just read the answers a whopping one page turn ago.

So if you're coming to this as a puzzler, avoid the text at all costs, until you've done the quizzes, sudoku, cryptic crossword clues etc. If you're here for the medical revision, you better not be a doctor of mine for a few good years yet, as a lot of this is high school stuff. Only seldom would a medical browser have decent mental fun, say in doing anagrams of medical terms shown on an olde worlde diagram but one labeled in the classically abbreviated fashion.

At least it wasn't about the TV programme, though.

I got this today but I actually Love this book. This is so unique and It’s a great and fun way to learn things you wouldn’t actually learn otherwise. Unless you were in the medical profession.
I did find It really forces you to think, especially in the word searches.
Can’t wait to finish the whole book! Who knows when you might need to know things. Feeling like I’m the new Meredith Grey!
I’ve learned the names of parts of my body I didn’t know I’ve had for 32 years!
I feel this could actually get people learning things that wouldn’t normally read. Well done.
Thank you for the Arc copy NetGalley and White Lion Publishing.
