Pelican Harbor’s Chief of Police, Jane Hardy can’t seem to catch a break. While investigating a house fire that claimed two lives, her personal life falls apart. Lauren Dixon, Reid Dixon’s ex-wife, accosts her in public.

Jane’s best friend, Olivia, reveals her most recent diagnosis—and things look bad. Gabriel, part of the Liberty’s Children cult, is camping out on a remote island near Pelican Harbor, and Jane worries about his reason for showing up.

Reid and Jane have a long, share a tangled history as well as a son. While they leave town to seek answers from Jane’s mom, their son is accused of murder. The keys to all the cases seem to hinge on three days missing from Jane’s memory.

Could reawakening those memories provide the clue to exonerate her son and solve three murder cases?

Coble continues the Pelican Harbor Series with another action-packed winner. Although not necessary to read the first two books in the series, readers would find it helpful. The author skillfully builds her cast of characters and plants plenty of red herrings to keep readers in suspense.

If you love inspirational suspense from authors like Susan Sleeman, Carrie Stuart Parks, or Kelly Irvin, you’ll love Coble’s books!.

It's hard for Jane and Reed to catch a break, but I guess that's what happens when you have a complicated past... More answers are revealed in this third book in the series! Some are shocking!! I really like this story, and it does end well.
Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for this advance e-copy of the book! All opinions are entirely my own.

Thanks to NetGalley and Thomas Nelson Publishing for giving me the opportunity to read Three Missing Days by Colleen Coble.

I've been lucky enough to read all 3 books in this series before they were released. I had never read Colleen Coble until this series.

I've loved this series. And I love this book. I don't like to do spoils in my posts so all I will say is that all the conflict in this book was great. I loved seeing the love between Jane and Reid come together - not only for themselves but also for Will. I enjoyed getting more backstory for them.

I've seen posts saying this is the last in the series, but I hope not. Because I feel there is more story to tell for these characters.

The Three Missing Days was a great end to its suspense trilogy and is the best of all three of them. In Three Missing Days we get to found out who is the mastermind behind events that are happening to ruin Jane and Reid. The couple is trying to get answers to events that happened after they left the cult where there they were raised. While they are gone, Reid's ex-wife is found dead and Will is blamed for her death. Another murder has also occurred in Pelican Harbor. Reid and Jane have to hurry to find out how all the mysteries are tied together and they grow closer as they do so.
All the storylines of this series are nicely tied together in this book and it kept me reading!
I received a complimentary copy of Three Missing Days from the publisher, but all opinions are my own.

This was a good ending to the series. Although, Jane is the main character, Reid was my favorite character. It is so refreshing reading a book without profanity and other vile words.

I received a complimentary copy of this book. Opinions expressed in this review are completely my own.

I loved this book! It is the conclusion of the Pelican Harbor trilogy. I counted the days for the third book to arrive. Although I was so pleased with the resolution it was hard to say goodbye to the wonderful characters. Jane, Reid and Will deserve the happy family they've been waiting for but first they have to face some dark challenges. A not to be missed Christian suspense!

I loved "Three Missing Days" by Colleen Coble. This book catches your attention from the first page to the last page! This is the third book in the Pelican Harbor series. Jane and Reid are two characters that are easy to love, and they will stay with you until you finish the book. This book had suspense and a twist I never saw coming. Colleen Coble is one of my favorite authors, and she didn't disappoint with this one!

I highly recommend this book if you enjoy good, clean, romantic suspense.

I received this book from the publisher through NetGalley for my honest opinion.

Final book in the Pelican Harbor series. Can’t imagine reading this one without having read the first two--I think a reader would be lost trying to understand all the relationships. Fairly suspenseful, although I had figured out the “villain” before Jane did from some clues Coble placed in the story. Preferred the first book in the series over this one and the second one. Sometimes had trouble with Jane’s thought processes, but what do I know—I’m not a police chief.

I received a complimentary copy of this book from Thomas Nelson Publishing through NetGalley. Opinions expressed in this review are completely my own.

First and foremost, this is the 3rd book in Colleen Coble's Pelican Harbor series, however it can be read as a stand alone. I've read the first book but not the second, and Coble did a good job of catching me up to speed.

What I love about this series is Jane's background. Raised in a cult, Jane as a really murky past. Although she escaped shortly after the birth of her son, the cult did a great job of really messing with Jane's head. These books are about separate mysteries, however there is the overall storyline of how Jane moves through her life as an ex-cult member, which I have found so interesting.

Add to the fact that her son's dad, Reid, has re-entered her life with her nearly grown son, Will, and the storyline really has a fun flow.

I did find this particular story dragging ever so slightly. It was good, but it missed a little bit of what makes a book unable to put down. Nonetheless, the minute Jane's son is framed for the murder of Reid's crazy ex, I was totally hooked. I had to know if Will would be found innocent and if they would figure out who the murderer was.

This is a solid book that can be enjoyed by the fire (if you're freezing, like me) or on vacation (if we're ever allowed to go on one again).

Scrolling through my kindle in the weekend as I lay on my MIL's new seat swing, I was looking for something to read and came across Three Missing Days by Colleen Coble. I love the fact that this series can be read as standalones and are great Christian Romantic Suspense. In Three Missing Days, Chief Jane Hardy is settling back into life as the guy she loved and her son Will are back in Pelican Harbor after escaping life in a cult. Jane thought they were dead. Now though, just as life is settling down for Jane, Reed, and Will - Reed's ex-wife and the one who adopted Will when he was a baby - Lauren is back in town. Lauren vanished 8 years ago and had been declared legally dead, however, she isn't and wants Reed back and if she can't have him then she would love compensation and what she thinks she rightly deserves. If that wasn't bad enough, Gabriel- the cult leader where Jane and Reed first met is back in town and wants Jane dead as she knows something that could harm him. The thing though it occurred during three missing days that Jane can't recall. What happened with Jane and her mother during those three days and why is Lauren back in town? What's her agenda? Overall, if you are looking for a good romantic CF series to sink your teeth into with the feel of a small-town, then check out Colleen Coble's Pelican Harbor series today.

I was given this book as a few copy from Netgalley in exchange for an honest review.

This is the first book that I’ve read from this author and I realised pretty much straight away that I had missed a few books out of the series. It took me a few chapters to get into the book because of it and I did have to go back and read some reviews of the first two so that I could get some of the characters and back stories straight in my head but after a while it seemed to fall into place for the most part. For this reason though, I would recommend reading the first two books if you’re planning to read this one, The other thing that got a bit irritating was the religious element, there is a real focus on God and Christianity which I didn’t really feel added to the story a lot of the time but maybe that’s because I’m not religious myself, On the whole though it was a good book, it definitely kept me guessing the whole way through and there was a lot of story packed in there which I like, didn’t leave for any dull pages or chapters to work through. I liked the main characters and I could feel myself rooting for Jane and Reid even without really knowing their full story which was good.

I am a big [author: Colleen Coble] fan. This is my 16th novel and the third in the Pelican Harbor series.
"One Little Lie" was the first in the Pelican Harbor series.
That story starts with Jane Hardy and her dad escaping from a cult, many years ago. Now
both have a new life in Pelican Harbor, in fact, Jane is the interim sheriff since her dad
recently retired as sheriff. As that title indicated there is one little lie hanging around and
with the aid of an investigative report Jane finds out that the lie really isn’t all that little’.
Turns out the baby she and her dad left behind isn’t dead!
This is the final installment in this series.

Awww ~ Love these characters!!
Just when I am about to so say, “Hmm this is predictable~ twists happen!!!
Which is sooo Colleen Coble! She never disappoints!!!!⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stars

Want to thank NetGalley and Thomas Nelson for this e galley. This file has been made available to me before publication in an early form for professional review purposes only.
Publishing Release Date scheduled for April 6, 2021

I’ve read all three books in the Pelican Harbor series, and this one is so, so good. Colleen Coble never disappoints as she delves into mystery and romance. Jane’s son is accused of murder—as mother and Chief of Police—she must find the real killer with the help of his dad, Reid. Coble twists and weaves unexpected elements, as well as familial ties, into this excellent third book. Pelican Harbor, a charming place to live, goes through some tough times along with Jane as she races to right the wrongs in her small town. Colleen Coble does a beautiful job setting up the story and creating the atmosphere. Love the description woven into her prose. This book can now be pre-ordered. If you enjoy romance laced with suspense, you’ll love Three Missing Days. If you haven’t read One Little Lie or Two Reasons to Run, I recommend you pick them up to get Jane’s whole story. I received a complimentary copy of this book. Opinions expressed in this review are completely my own.

This was one of the most intriguing books I’ve read in a while. While I enjoyed the whole series immensely, this one was the best. Finally some closure in the lives of Reid and Jane. I highly recommend this series if you’re looking for captivating suspense. Five stars.

Three Missing Days is the thrilling conclusion to Colleen Coble's Pelican Harbor romantic suspense series.

Reunited with her son and ex-husband, Pelican Harbor police chief Jane Hardy has only begun to get to know them. The investigation of an arson fire turns up murder, then a second brutal murder implicates her 15-year-old son. Can Jane and her department find the real killers before her son can be sent to prison for a crime he did not commit? And, do the three days Jane's memory is missing have anything to do with what the killer is trying to cover up?

This is the 3rd book in the series, and it wraps up the loose ends left flapping in One Little Lie, and Two Reasons to Run. To get the full story, the books should be read in sequence, although I read Two first, then One, and now Three. I loved the series - even though I'm not usually a great fan of "cliffhanger" books. I'm waiting for this one to publish to purchase the full set! Coble is always a "must read" author for me, so I would definitely recommend this series.

Solid finish to the series. My favorite of all three books.

The Pelican Harbor trilogy offers excellent action adventure, usually starting about the last third of each book. This final book in the series stays true to form, showing evidence of masterful plotting and a steady, enjoyable romance.

The protagonists are sympathetic and generally engaging. At times, in my opinion, one character or another reacts exaggeratedly in an attempt to convey a particular characteristic, so perhaps consistent characterization may be a weak point in an otherwise strongly compelling series. This is balanced, however, by an authentic and realistic portrayal of a Christian faith playing out in times of the characters' happiness as well as suffering. I appreciate the author's deft ability to show an important reality often missing from many novels I read.

Each book in the series is an excellent read in itself, and together, the full story arc is a pleasure. I highly recommend beginning with the first and reading them through.

Thanks to Thomas Nelson and NetGalley for the chance to read this third book early. After finishing the second book, I was fixated on reading the third! Publication date is April 6, 2021. Be ready for it!

This book is the perfect conclusion to the Pelican Harbor trilogy. While the book can be read as a stand alone, the background from the first two books gives a much more complete flow to the details of the story. Plenty of suspense, drama, family relationships, and deep friendships. This book is a real page turner with a number of twists and turns. I couldn’t put it down!
I received a complimentary copy of this book. Opinions expressed in this review are completely my own.

Another new author for me to check out!

This is the 3rd in a series and it took a little to figure out who all the people were and how they were related but once I did, wow!

This was a novel with so much suspense and mystery running through it. I did not want to put the book down as I wanted to see who was behind the murder.

Thanks so much to netgalley and the publisher for the arc. The opinions are my own.

A complex murder mystery rounds out book three of the exciting Pelican Harbor series! Continuing on from book two, the main characters find themselves dead center in someone's vendetta, bringing the danger close to home. There are two murders to solve this time, plus a cold case.

"We have to trust God, even when it's hard."
Building onto the backstory from the previous books in the series, book 3 ties up loose ends of both Jane and Reid's story. Both have a need to forgive some huge wrongs done to them. They bring each other comfort as they turn to their faith for help. The author includes meaningful discussions about trusting God in the midst of difficult circumstances, dealing with doubts, and not losing hope. It was encouraging to read.

The romance takes it up a few notches in this book, but is appropriate given the situation. Emotional tension runs high as they are severely tested. I liked how the author brings healing into Jane's relationships as she wrestles with her past. The unique aspect of living in a cult plays a big part in her story still, coloring her present perspective. She had a lot to overcome.

Recommend this exciting series to fans of romantic suspense with faith. It is best enjoyed by reading the books in order.
