This book provides an optimistic viewpoint and shows that you are not alone with your loss. If you are struggling to find sense out of the challenges in your life, you will appreciate this book.

An excellent book full of advice and interesting exercises. It's well written, the explanations are clear and it touches a lot of emotional chords.
