Wedding dresses, brides and a found sister! You know there is going to be a lot of drama in this one.
This story is all about the characters. Two somewhat estranged sisters dealing with their mother's passing and a new sister they had no knowledge of. An interesting family dynamic played out within the family business Bridal shop.
Will all the sisters come together to save the shop and make peace? Since this is Book 1, you may have an idea to that answer. :)

I want to thank Netgalley and the author for gifting me the ebook. I really enjoyed this book at first but it just started going down hill. The language is really really bad. I just found it off putting. Alex is absolutely disgusting. I could not stomach her. The "new" sister lives pushing that everyone is a racist if anyone just looks at her wrong. I don't know it just was not a hit for me.
After the book was archived I took it out on kindle unlimited to read and review. Unfortunately I couldn’t get into the writing and plot and found it dragged on a bit in my opinion so I didn’t finish the book, and stopped at approximately 25%.
Thanks for the opportunity to read and review.
This is a super fun read. I really enjoyed this one!
Many thanks to the author, the publisher, and Netgalley for my ARC. All opinions are my own.
I received an advanced copy of this book from the publisher, through netgalley in exchange for an honest review. This book is well written and the characters are described well. This is a tearjerker of a book. It is in stores now for $11.99 (USD).
Cute, current day story thats an easy read. It drew me in enought that I', curious how Charlottes story will progress in the second book, so I'll be checking that out.
This was a very intricately-written novel! I loved reading about the March sisters. The twists and turns throughout the book were captivating, and made me invested in the storyline from the very beginning. I've always enjoyed reading family-centered books because they're filled with drama and suspense. Our Bridal Shop was no different.
Discovering long-buried family secrets with Alex was a thrilling ride. 💕
If you're looking for an engrossing but thoughtful read, I recommend picking up Our Bridal Shop!
This is the first book. In a three book series featuring the March sisters. It was an easy read but also very easy to predict.
Alex has come to her sleepy family town after her mother’s death. Alex has a high powered job and Husband in Boston, wanting to get back there as soon as possible. Her sister Charlotte who stayed in their home town and ran the family bridal boutique ‘Match made in Devon’ with their mother wants everything to stay the same. Enter into this mix Alex’s childhood sweetheart Jonah and a surprise third sister, Freesia, and you can guess how the story unfolds.
If you’re a lover of old style romances then this will be perfect but I like my family drama with some unseen twists.

Secrets may help or impair people´s lives and cause sometimes cause hurt and despair that lead to unexpected actions. In this story secrets, in the end, brought families together, let dreams come true, and were washed away in a wave of good actions and truthful feelings of respect and trust. Really enjoyed reading.
First book I read by this author and I liked it.
It's engrossing and entertaining, good character and plot development.
Recommended.
Many thanks to the publisher and Netgalley for this ARC, all opinions are mine
3 sisters inherit their mothers bridal shop in their hometown.
All three have secrets.
All three have suffered tradegy in their lives from a young age.
Can they move forward or will the past hold them back
Another great read. Loved it. It definitely is not what you think the title may be
Author # Danielle Blair has a new novel out #'Our Bridal Shop.' Every family has it's secrets, and the March family is no different. This is book 1 in the series. It's fate that three sisters will have to take over the shop opened by their parents. Perfect anytime read!!
Thank you,
#Netgalley, # Danielle Blair and # Relay publishing for the advanced copy
Well written book. Good plot and character dynamics. I enjoyed this book. I received an advance ebook from the publisher and Netgalley. This is my unbiased review.
Family drama!! Two sisters plus a surprise half-sister squabbling was not that enjoyable. Lots of secrets and drama with a dash of humor will encourage some readers to stick with the story. Just wasn't for me.
I had pretty high expectations when I started this book, and it lived up to most of them. This book is an excellent portrayal of family drama and family love. After their parents die, Alex and Charlotte are left to run the family bridal shop and pick up the scattered pieces of their past. Although the book focuses on Alex, there is a lot of character development, especially when Freesia is thrown into the mix. Learning of a sister their father had out of an extra-marital affair, the sisters are forced to reconcile with who their parents really were and what it means to be family. The only thing that didn't work as well for me was the author's writing style. The prose felt heavy and at times it was a slog, but the story was worth it!
4/5 Stars
Thank you to NetGalley and Relay Publishing for providing me with an e-arc of this book in exchange for an honest review.
It’s a cute story. Book out of a trilogy, but can be read as a standalone. Wish I had the time to sit at leisure and read the book, would like to read all books by this author at some point.
I !I've a good story about family. And coming together as a family.
This book was beautifully written.
This is sort of a family drama to me with Some humor. Which I enjoyed.
Overall I loved it!
Thanks NetGalley. Publisher and Author!
From the first chapter, this book had me wanting to know more. Wanted to get to know why Alex was the way she was and where her anger would take her
The description of all the characters made you feel like you knew them, you was their friend, a part of their lives
And the ending, was not one you would think would happen but made the story ending the best it could ever be
Want to read the next books and follow Alex more
This is book one of three, in the Match Made in Devon series. This book is about the eldest of the March girls, Alex. Alex, and Charlotte are sisters, then their is Freesia, the half sister. They are all given 1/3 of the bridal store, Match Made in Devon. Its a cute story.
