another great read in the Island Refuge EMP series, I enjoyed the way Ms. Hamilton writes her story and characters. I look forward to more from the author.

Another great series from Grace Hamilton comes to end. 😢 I've read many of her series and loved them all. They give readers a realistic look at the gritty aftermath of a major EMP. None of us can truly anticipate what life would be like but Grace's books will certainly cause you to look around and weigh your options. One of the best things I can say of her series are that while all of them are excellent, none of the stories is repetitious. Each has it's own cast of unique characters who face different difficulties as they just try to survive.

ESCAPING CAPTURE is the 3rd and last book in the Island Refuge series. Our group of survivors has secured their island but are now under attack as two separate militia groups try to take the island. Their defenses are being tested as their resources disappear. They discover their refuge may not be just an island......

If you love "after the end" books, Grace Hamilton's series are must reads.
