Loved Boone's story! Boone was a prominent figure in previous books of Emily March and his happily ever after was worth the wait.

Boone and Hannah both have a tragic past haunting them. Boone has had more time to heal so fortunately he's in the right place at the right time, thanks to Celeste, when Hannah is at her lowest point.

Hannah is wandering around lost in her own world when Boone seemingly appears out of nowhere when she's at a dark point. What a light he is! Hannah's heartbreak takes on the healing of Eternity Springs and receives Redemption in Texas.

Great read that I highly recommend.

Emily March is the author of the "Eternity Springs: The McBrides of Texas" and "Boone" is the latest installment in this series. Not having read the previous books in this series made it a little confusing to keep up with all the characters. Boone is a single bachelor who enjoys his carefree lifestyle and one-night stands. Along the way, he gains custody of a little girl who was left to him by her mother. As he cares for the baby, he begins to develop his softer side and we see that he's a good guy at heart. He meets Hannah, and they are just what the other person needs. This book follows along as their relationship develops.

Boone is part of a successful series by Emily March. It is a man who was down and out, was able to pull himself up due to the support from the town and friends. He meets a woman he can identify with, she seems lost.

Boone decides to reach out to Hannah, she takes the offer and before they realize it, they are having a real relationship. The past rears its ugly head and together they will have to find a way through it.

Like the previous book in the series (which I also got from NetGalley, thanks) Boone is a lovely romance, set in a lovely town, where everyone heals their pain, and helps each other and is just extremely lovely. There are babies and dogs and family and friends and everyone is trying to help. It's the opposite of gritty, with out being saccharine. A perfect tonic for our imperfect time.
I would recommend reading the 3 in this part of the series in order, but I missed the first one and it still all makes sense.

Heartbreakingly beautiful, I simply loved it. Author Emily March has a wonderful way of weaving a story that keeps you wrapped up in it until the very end. This story was so beautiful & the characters were so strong yet broken in a way. Heartbreak was a constant throughout most of this story with the past haunting Hannah & Boone. Death met both Boone & Hannah but fate brought them together. This was definitely a tearful read as we learned of the heartbreak for both Boone losing his wife to suicide after losing their soon to be adopted child not once but a couple of times & Hannah losing her husband to suicide & her 2 young daughters with him at the time. How anyone comes back from that & finds a way to move on in life is amazing. I enjoyed the drama of Boone’s former life & little Brianne’s adoption & how it came about. I really enjoyed the chemistry between Boone & Hannah right from the start but what was really sweet was how he romanced her. Celeste, Angelica, the McBride family & all the Eternity Springs friends made this a wonderful story & series. Definitely recommend to read. Emily March never fails to knock it out of the park. Her books always cause a range of emotions for me.
Boone, is everyone in towns friend. Always trying to put a brave face.
Hannah, is barely hanging. Having suffered such horrible loss.
If you have visited Eternity Springs you know how great it is to meet so many people with so many heart wrenching stories.

I am a mother of two adopted sons. I know what a hard road Boone had to travel. Hannah's story is very sad also. I went through quite a few tissues. I really enjoyed reading, Boone.

This is a book on healing and how a small town in Colorado seems to be the place to go for that.

Boone has moved from his Texas home to Eternity Springs Colorado to heal from his broken heart. He has been taken in by this community and has thrived. When he spots a woman on the edge of Lover's Leap he recognizes the signs of desperation and despair and he is moved to intervene.

Hannah has lost everything she loved and has been wondering around the country for the past three years. She is lost and can't see a future where she isn't in pain and this horrible feeling of guilt for her part. When the handsome man shows up and more or less insists she come with him her entire world will be forever changed.

There are lots of sad moments throughout this story but they are written in a way that you also can see the healing that is coming to both Boone and Hannah. This shows how the love and support of good friends can love you through it all and how two people that both suffered great tragedies can get to the other side and find happiness and a future again. This is the first book by this author that I have read but I will seat out more of her work as I found it both entertaining and heartbreaking as well as heart melting. I really enjoyed it.

I received an early copy from Netgalley to read and review with my honest opinion. I enjoyed this book and highly recommend it. It has a great story and great characters and plenty of suspense to keep you guessing on things.

This was a realistic, heartwarming, and emotional read. Boone, and Hannah have both experience grief with the lost of either wife, husband, and children. They've both dealt with their grief, and healing differently, but see something missing in both their lives, and decide to become each others "light", as friends that support each other. I enjoyed seeing the deep bond of friendship develop between these two before the romance began. I found this to be refreshing.

The easy going banter between this couple, and all of the secondary characters were hilarious, and I smiled often while reading this book. I look forward to returning to Eternity Springs to reading the first two books in the trilogy. Jackson, and Tucker.

“Boone”, by Emily March (St. Martin’s Press), features two people still coping with grief and loss, although in different stages, and how they get in a romance and find healing. It’s lovely to watch Boone and Hannah have their second chance at happiness.
Boone and Hannah are likeable characters, which have both experienced extreme losses. Boone is ready to move on while Hannah is still in a state of deep emotional and mental pain.
I liked Boone’s willingness to invest on helping Hannah and having a romantic relationship with her despite her initial reluctance. His kindness and thoughtfulness are attractive.
Although the romance progressed quickly, it was overall believable and well written; I found the urge for sex to ease the sorrow (Hannah’s) very realistic and I liked how the author wrote that aspect.
There’s a small town atmosphere that is both very hospitable and a bit magical, and a lot of side characters creating the perfect healing environment.
I must admit I felt a bit troubled in the beginning with the very serious mental health issue addressed in the story; yet the lingering message is one of hope.
I found, at times, that the characters were too eloquent, even cheerful (particularly Hannah, considering her baggage). It was as if the sadness and grief we were told about were sometimes contradicted by the somewhat light tone of the characters or narrator voices.

Hannah Dupree was a very troubled woman. Meeting Boone McBride just outside of Eternity Springs, Colorado jump-started her life again. Hannah and Boone both have devastation in their pasts. Their relationship turned out to be a healing balm for both of them.I liked how Hannah was able to throw off her mantle of sadness and live again. I like Boone's strength and compassion. This was a delightful read.

This is the 18th book in Ms. March’s Eternity Springs series. Once again she gives us a warm, heartwarming story. This journal tells readers of Boone’s history as a McBride; his past with his McBride cousins, Tucker and Jackson. The families have gathered together for the wedding of Jackson and Caroline.
Boone by Emily March is published by St.Martin’s paperbacks on December 29, 2020. I have read all books in the Eternity Springs series. Each is special and a wonderful read. Boone’s story is a tender account of a lonely man’s passage into family life. If you are a reader of the series or this is a first, I am certain you will find this delightful novel. Enjoy!

Good. Interesting characters and story. Even though at times it felt a bit disjointed and rushed to get everything sorted out by the end. It is part 18 of the Eternity Springs series and part 3 of The McBrides series and at times and I have read part 2 of the McBrides series (as I was invited to read that one) and sometimes you can tell as it refers to something and you are left not knowing what it is regarding.

Emily March writes heartwarming and heartwrenching at once. Her books pull you in and give you all the most intense feels. This one has it in spades with loss so extreme a woman almost doesn't survive it. But as fate would have it her path crosses that of Boone McBride who has suffered his own share of loss.  In a town where troubled souls find peace, Boone is determined to help Hannah claw her way through her grief But a shock from his past will have his own life turned upside down in the most unexpected way. It seems the two barely get their footing again when they will have to reach deep for strength they aren't sure they can find without the other.

The emotional level is intense. I absolutely loved this book and didn't want it to end.

Heartbreak, healings and trying to find a way forward. This story really touches your heart when you feel the pain of loss, the struggle is real after loss to try to want to keep living life. I enjoyed this story so much because of how true to life it was. Healing takes time, but just as over time you can transition from the dark world of loss to the colorful hope of a future!

This is Book 3 of "The McBrides of Texas" series and this book had me totally captivated from the very beginning! The storyline was so beautifully written and the characters were so well defined that as I turned each and every page I felt like Boone and Hannah pulled me right into their journey as it unfolded!

Boone is a lovely and entertaining romance that tugged on my heartstrings. Boone and Hannah both have deep-seated scars, and I loved watching them break through their barriers and pain to open their hearts to love and family. This book is the third in a series, but although I haven’t read the others, I never felt lost. After reading this book, though, I want to go back and read all the rest!
