Once again, Cal Newport creating practical, relevant content with his book, "A World Without Email". I'm always quickly convicted of my personal behaviors but Cal provides attainable steps to move through the bad habit. Newport stresses how email has actually created a less productive work environment (which I can attest to in my own life) and how to establish boundaries to prevent the distraction and overwhelm. I can't say that I've fully jumped on board with all of his suggestions but, as I said, he provides accessible tips that are a great starting point for any reader!
