This is a great collection of articles . I found the breadth of the articles ranging from feedback to innovation to social justice to grief to be the things I am focused on right now as well. The insights are thought provoking and some were inspiring. I look to HBR for information and for forward thinking advice. This collection doesn’t disappoint.

Harvard Business Review’s “10 Must Reads” are consistently some of the more influential and impactful literature in the working world and beyond. As a young professional in a leadership role at a tech company, I find myself practicing and preaching these messages in my everyday life.

Since the start of Covid-19 having a tangible impact on my workplace, I had been wondering what HBR’s “Must Reads” would look like. Then when large corporations were being held accountable for their diversity, equity and inclusion in a very public way, I wondered if there would be a world in which HBR defined that topic as a “Must Read.” (Spoiler: Toward a Racially Just Workplace is third on the article list, and was incredibly insightful and powerful.) Overall, I appreciated the variety of progressive topics spanning climate change leadership and trans-inclusive workplaces. Discussions like these make me hopeful for the future of business academia and workplace culture in the future!
