I am giving this book a 5 star review. I love Catana’s comics! They are so true and comical. They are so relatable but also hilarious. This collection of comics was focused on just being at home with her boyfriend. You can be yourself when you are wearing your pjs! This book really made me smile! I love the series a lot! John and Catana are relationship goals for sure! The graphics are always great as well.
I think most of us already have seen some of Catana Chetwynd's comics on Facebook (or Reddit). They are cute, relatable and just really sweet. And this collection is all of that - so wholesome and sweet. I'm not married but I could see myself and my boyfriend in most of the comics.
This is a nice and quick read. A great gift to your significant other.
In Love & Pajamas: A Collection of Comics about Being Yourself Together comes out on February 2nd 2021
This book is a collection of overly cute, over the top sentimental comic strips about being in love. I wish I could say it was about something else, but it just isn't. Every strip is aobut how much the young woman loves her boyfriend.
That's it.
I didn't laugh once, although I acknowledged where the jokes were, such as it was kind of cute that they were texting each other from different parts of the house.
But there was no actual story here, and perhaps there wasn't meant to be. It was doe-eyed love through and through.
But if you are at that stage in your life, perhaps this book would work for you.

I love Catana and her comics, so I was super excited to find this on Netgalley! However, I'm kind of disappointed by it this time around? I don't know, Snug was just so heartwarming and beautiful and I think it raised my expectations for the kind of slice-of-life stories I want to see more of! Still, the art style was pretty as always and some panels were really funny! Overall, not the biggest fan but I'm looking forward to more from her!
This was a cute read, highly relatable. I really enjoy reading the small comics and I thought to myself "Hm, more people do this" for quite a few things.
However, some of the parts were very repetitive. We know, you love each other, we respect it, but we want some action. A bit more than just sitting at home and funny sleeping positions.
Overall, I quite enjoyed it. It was a quick and cute read, but a little more versatility would go a long way.
Really great graphic novel short and sweet and super cute! I very much enjoyed reading this it was accurate and super cute and had feel good vibes. Nice book to read when you need to get out of a slump or to help with your reading challenge. Thank you to netgalley for providing me with this one!

I followed the author on her social media a couple of years ago, but I had never read any of her books, even tho I knew I was going to like it because I really enjoy this type of comics, it made me laugh a lot and identify with the things that happen in the day to day in a relationship
If you’re picking this up, you probably know Catana (a cutesy webcomic serialized on Instagram about a couple and their daily life, mostly at home, drawn in a sort of chibi style). This book collects a bunch of the comics in one place (I actually don’t know if there are any new ones — I don’t read it regularly enough to tell). It’s cutesy and cozy and sometimes funny, a nice thing to curl up in bed in the winter and read. A lot of them made me smile, and a lot made me roll my eyes (I can’t help who I am). Nothing groundbreaking, but will probably be relatable to (especially straight) people in longterm relationships.
Thanks to Netgalley for the ARC.
Such a wholesome collection of comics outlining the goofy moments of weirdness in relationships that become endearing memories in the relationship’s foundation. I found myself relating to many of the comics in this book and itching to share (and laugh) at them with my significant other. Honestly enjoyed reading this especially with its reference to ‘working from home’ in a time of covid-19. Very relatable!
*I received an advance copy from NetGalley. However, this does not influence my opinion. *
I absolutely adored this book! It’s so cute and Catania’s drawings are just the sweetest thing! Everyone can find something to like about her books! If you want a little break from the stress and anxieties of this world, take a minute to pick up this book or any of her comics. They will definitely put a smile on your face!

Because who doesn’t love couples comics?!
A collection of comics from the Catana Comics series loosely framed by the themes of love, marriage, and romantic partnerships. The content is sweet and minimalist, with no need for prior familiarity with the artist or the series.
A beautiful book about love that will make you smile, giggle a little, and sigh happily while staring out your window. Bravo Catana for another great collection guaranteed to become a classic.
This is the second book I have read by author Catana Chetwynd, and she just gets better the more I read. Her little comic snippets are sweet, funny, and oh-so-relatable. Her previous book, Little Moments of Love, did very well in my library system, and ended up in our comics section, though I believe it would do well if cataloged in humor as well. It was also featured in some valentine's day/romantic book displays, and was always taken very quickly.
The author's simplistic style is perfect for this type of sweet little comic, and she manages to get so much expression into each little drawing, despite how little definition there is in each person's face.
I will definitely be purchasing this book for my library system, and I look forward to more by this author as I think she has a bright future in the publishing world.
This book is VERY CUTE and is definitely one I would like to add to my collection. Almost too relatable, like has Chetwynd been watching our home for all of 2020???
Thanks to NetGalley for the arc. All opinions are my own.
This is an absolutely adorable comic series about a couple and their 100% percent relatable life choices. I love how the comic itself is mostly monochrome, making any pop of color really stand out. Even though I'm not in a relationship myself, reading about these two and their adventures was so wholesome and relatable, I couldn't help but love them.
I cannot wait to see what Chetwynd comes up with in the future!
Oh my, this comic is about me. And my bf. It talks about us!! And it was so sweet and so fun. And relatable (duh!). I loved the stripes I saw around by this author, but this collection is just the best!! And sometimes it made me think someone has bugged my home, but this is a whole new story! I think that this book would be the perfect present for a loved one. For Christmas or for Saint Valentine's day, maybe. And maybe coupled with a box of chocolates!!
February is the month of love and what better gift could anyone ask for than the magic of Catana Comics. Sweet, everyday kind of love drawn with and adorable flair. I have followed these two cartoon people for what seems like forever on social media and to be able to have them on my coffee table is pure joy! If you're putting together a gift basket for Valentine's day or you just have a bookish guy or gal in your life, it's perfect!

Super relatable & really adorable. Anyone in a long-term relationship (+ those that live together) will see themselves reflected in these comics.
The art style is simple, neat, and just right.
This comic collection is the perfect combination between mushy, cheesy sweetness and everyday petty that exists in today's cohabiting relationships. Somedays, it's all about snuggling and sharing media together. Somedays, it's about squinting at each other until your shared pet chooses the best lap or giving the side eye when all of the chips are gone. It's a charming relatable collection that is both funny and true.
