Oh, this was just the sweetest and filled my heart with so much warmth! Times are really hectic and hard right now, and I’m not going to lie, I’ve been looking for things that keep me happy and make me laugh. This is the first book I ever read by Catana and I’m so pleasantly surprised! My heart is bursting with warmth, love, and just bright sparkles of joy. And this book reminds me of my own marriage to my spouse. They whole time I was reading this I couldn’t stop saying, “It’s us!” It’s such a sweet book, truly!
This book is a collection of comics that shows it’s okay to accept how perfect and imperfect your partner really is. What may seem odd or ridiculous to others, may work for other couples and this collection is the perfect example of this. With characters that are clingy, funny, and in their own unique way of charming, many readers will find themselves connected to this adorable couple.
I can’t remember the last time a book made me laugh out loud (so dang much), swoon, and get so soft and sappy that I went to look back through all the photos I have of my spouse and I. Even the little things in the collection reminds me of the little things that happen in our every day especially the parts where our female character is short and asking for help. That’s literally us, every single day! Or the parts with the naps, we’re always together for those. It’s just the little things and this book filled my heart with all the feels. I really loved it.
Overall, this is a fantastic book that you should pick up (even though it doesn’t come out till 2021)! This is such a relatable book and I can’t think of a better present to give to your partner for Valentine’s Day or an anniversary. Also, it’s a really quick read and perfect for readathons and any reading goals you’re hoping to accomplish. I can honestly say, I’m eager to pick up more work from this author and I can’t wait to see what’s waiting around the corner for us!
This collection is the cutest thing ever.
I've loved Catana's comics for a long time. And reading this collection was the best opportunity.
I would recommend it to all people in dire need of something wholesome and cute.

I have seen Catana Chetwynd's comics around Instagram and they always made me so happy. This comic did not disappoint at all. From the initial introduction to the author's page, it was a thoroughly adorable book I plan on recommending to others. It somehow managed to stay clean, pull at your heartstrings, and being so thoroughly romantic without going overboard.
If you love adorable comics about real life and love, you will absolutely devour this collection!

Warning! Do not read this book if you are in the middle of a breakup or are arguing with your partner! The cuteness and happiness of Catana and John will overwhelm you and reduce you to tears! If you're in a good place with your relationship and want to bring up fond memories and relatable daily humor, though, this is the perfect coffee table-style book to curl up with on a rainy afternoon. Or anytime, really. It's comfy enough for a variety of times of day or weather patterns. Themes include unconditional love, silliness, and relating to your partner even when he or she isn't being super lovable. The comics aren't really lessons in themselves, but they have a lovely air of reinforcing, "this is what a good relationship looks like. Find someone with whom you can enjoy who you are when you're being yourself." Although the content is geared toward adults in long-term relationships, anyone can enjoy the simple pictures and thoughtful themes of these fun cartoons.
This is a nice feel good comic to curl up to. Basically it is Catana describing the cute moments in a relationship/her relationship like fighting with your partner when they eat all your food, curling up with him after a scary movie, joking with him, etc. I believe this book is a nice distraction from everything that is going around right now. I actually did not know the author and this was my first comic from her but this is making me want to go out there and read some more from her. Totally recommend!

Thanks to Netgalley and Andrews McMeel Publishing for giving me the chance to read and review, "In Love & Pajamas" by Catana Chetwynd. I had previously read "Snug" and I loved it so much, I knew I had to request this graphic novel as well. This book is so relatable! I have been with my now husband for 6 years and this really hits what a long term relationship is like right on the head! It was so cute and so funny, I laughed out loud a few times. These comics give me so much joy., it is hard not smile the whole time while reading them.

To begin, I have not read any of Chetwynd's work so I had no idea what to expect when I read this.
One thing is for sure, and that is how much I enjoyed reading this one. The drawings were filled with life and clearly captures the romance and in-betweens. I was literally grinning for the most part of the comic. It is easy to read and does not drag on scenarios. Both the characters are lovable and easy to relate to.
This one is definitely a 5/5. Looking forward to reading more of Chetwynd's works.
I had no idea that Catana Chetwynd was releasing another collection of her comics, but as soon as I saw it I had to give it a read. Her comics are so relatable and easy to identify with, especially when you're able to see your own relationship in her vignettes and snapshots of her relationship. If you've seen her comics on the internet, then you will recognize her style. She perfectly captures situations that can be both common and rare, but equally special, in a great relationship. This one definitely ends up being a great companion to her other collections.
Due out just in time for Valentine’s Day, 2021, Catana Chetwynd’s newest collection of comics IN LOVE & PAJAMAS is another testament to millennial love. Absolutely adore this series.
I really love Catana's comics. They just never seem to get old, and In Love & Pajamas was no exception. This was yet another precious, hilarious, relatable collection of comics about relationships, with this one specially focusing on what it's like to be with your best friend and to be so comfortable with your significant other that nothing you do is "weird" anymore. Having been with my own spouse for so long and being so comfortable with them, I always feel like I see pieces of us in the goofy depictions of Catana and John, so needless to say, I really enjoyed this collection. ♥
Thank you so much to the publisher for providing me with this review copy in exchange for an honest review!
4 stars! Super cute! If you are familiar with the comics you will absolutely love this book. They are all so cute and so relatable!
Like all of Catana's comics, this collection was funny, uplifting, realistic, and the perfect pick me up during this pandemic.
Catana's comics are drawn simply but with SO much love and attention to detail.
I recommend this book to everyone, both fans of Catana Comics and those who have never heard of them before!
Thank you NetGalley and Andrews McMeel Publishing for providing me with a temporary e-arc.
I am a huge fan of Catana's previous release, 'Snug'. But this collection was simply something more. Something more beautiful, soft, funny and adorable. The moment I started this cute quick read, I instantly forgot about everything else and savoured every single one of the comic.
The general idea behind this collection is about loving each other's quirks and simple things in a relationship and Catana captures each one of them in a way that ends up putting a smile on your face. Being an eternal romantic, lots of books on love and relationships makes me feel single AF but this collection made me dream of a day when this would all happen to me (ah, a girl can dream) in the calmest way possible and that says a lot of things about this collection!
As as I have mentioned earlier in my review on Snug, Catana is someone whose works I will always be picking up!
This was such a cute graphic novel about a couple going on their everyday lives. It reminded me a lot of Soppy by Philippa Rice, which I really enjoyed. It is fun and light-hearted and it portrays what a happy healthy relationship should look like. The events that the author depicts are very relatable; I definitely saw myself represented several times.
The art style was not my favourite, but I have to admit it was pretty good and adorable. Also, a very fast read, I read the entirety of it on one sitting.
Okay, sometimes life can be very simple... I see a new Catana book, I want it.
Little Memories of Love are probably still my favourite by Catana. And Snug probably comes a close second.
However, I still loved this one. And I'm going to tell you why. These times are stressful for most of us and I just loved curling up with this book and enjoying it for an hour. A cup of tea and sitting in my favourite armchair and for a moment I was just lost in this book.
So, thank you for bringing us this little book, it's all I needed.
I have to say that while I follow Catana, lately her posts were not showing up on my feed and therefore I can say that I did not see the majority of these comics, therefore, it all felt like new content to me. Which made it more fun.
Why do I love these comics so much?! Because I see myself in 99% of them.
They are so so damn cute.
I even gifted my partner the calendar for Christmas last year and he loves them as well. We always have a laugh the first thing in the morning.
I highly recommend them to anyone in a relationship, super funny and cute! So relatable!
In Love & Pajamas by Catana Chetwynd is a romance and humor comic novel which focuses on a couple - Catana and John and their sweet and wholesome feel good moments.
I randomly requested this book on NetGalley and I am so glad I get to read this. This is the book you read when you are having a bad day and you want to turn that into a good one. The is just adorable and perfect.
All the comic strips in this book are going to instantly make you feel happy and bring a smile on your face. Maybe some of you are going to easily able to relate some of the instances in this book too.
The drawings are super cute and expressions catched in each drawing is on point. I want everyone to please pick this feel good and super cute yet short comic novel which you would want to read over and over again.
I am sure we have all come across Catana comics shared on social media platforms like facebook and Instagram, but reading this book at a stretch makes my heart melt and fall in love all over again.

I absolutely adore Catana's comic book collections. I've been following her on social media and reading her books, and they're adorable and totally relatable. I'm in a relationship myself and everytime I read her comic book collections I can inmediatly relate to what she is drawing/sharing. Plus the artstyle is the cutest thing ever!
This was a really cute collection of comics! All of them center around the same two characters, a husband and wife. Some are funny, all are adorable! I really loved reading through this collection. I know I have seen these around before, but having them in a collection was really fun.
