Omg I love love in all it’s realness and this comic captures ‘the comfortable with each other stage’ and I totally adore it.
Can more us have a Catana- John type of relationship. It’s so sweet and real.
I literally have no bad thing to say about this book, nothing. nada. 没有. Said it in 3 different ways.

I have been seeing these comics all over the internet for a while now, but this is the first time I've seen them in a book form. And what a way to spend an afternoon. I loved it!
The way she shows all the quirks and truths of "grown up" life is amazing, and all in 3 to 4 images, Their relationship is so adorable!
Relationship goals all the way.
I have nothing more to say. Go out and buy this thing!

The annoying thing is that there is some lass who can nail modern relationships in comic form, from this publisher, and there is this woman, also from this publisher. You'd think I'd be able to remember which is which, especially when one is named after a freaking sword. I did laugh here – at the car sharing gag – but twice in three books is far too little a return.

If you've ever been on Facebook, you've probably seen Catana Comics shared by your friends. They are insights into everyday life in a relationship and the silly things we do when our partners are (and aren't) looking. This collection focuses on acceptance and love for your spouse's quirky traits, which make you love them even more.

The collection of comics are relatable, especially if you're a woman married to a tall man like I am! You will see yourself and your relationship reflected in these short passages.

My only complaint is minor and will probably be fixed by publication. Because this book was a galley copy, the images weren't cleaned up to the usual crisp standard of a black & white comic book.

Thanks to NetGalley and Andrews McMeel Publishing for the digital review copy of this adorable comics’ collection.

I have a migraine. It’s 80 degrees out. I want Popeye’s. All of these things are getting me down at work, but you know what helped make it better? This book. I love Catana’s art style; it’s so cute! Her relatable tales of her relationship made me smile, and I found myself saying, “Same” more than once, even though I’m eternally single (by choice).

It’s out in February, so if you’re a fan of her daily posts on her website, or the art on her Instagram, definitely add this collection to your TBR. I know I’ll be revisiting it again soon when my head hurts a little less and I can enjoy it even more.

* I received an eARC of this novel via NetGalley. All opinions in this review are my own.

This was a quick and cute read! The art style was nice but considering how simplistic they are I would have liked to have seen them in color, but that's just a personal nitpick of mine. The story from comic to comic was sweet and heartfelt. I related to quite a few and they did pass the time well. I'd read future books by this author.

Adorable! Everything about this book is simply quaint and adorable. The little comics perfectly depict domestic partnerships and love. They were very relatable and I often found myself thinking - "hey, that's us" while reading.

I have been following Catana for quite some time on Instagram already. I absolutely adore her comics, which I always find so relatable. This third collection of comics isn’t an exception. I had a smile on my lips for the whole time and even laughed out loud a few times. It’s one of those books that just makes you happy and feel-good. I don’t have much to say about this little one, no critics just compliments. The art is really cute and the characters, especially if you’re in a relationship I think, are so relatable. You read some of the story and you’re like “oh, I’m not the only one, good.” :D
I 100% recommend this book, as well as her previous ones obviously.
5/5

In Love & Pajamas by Catana Chetwynd is my introduction to the popular cartoonist, and I can certainly see the appeal of her wholesome and relatable relationship comics. Although I don't fall neatly into the author's target demographic, I can definitely appreciate the relevance of sharing life's intimate moments with the one you love, particularly during these challenging times.

Many thanks to NetGalley and Andrews McMeel Publishing for the opportunity to read this ARC.

I was approved for this approximately 10 minutes ago and have laughed my way through the whole thing.

I genuinely think the author may have cameras in my house, its rather spooky how spot on a representation of my life this was! Immediately added to my books I need a physical copy of list!

This delight of a comic book rings true to all homebound lovebirds.

My favorite thing about In Love & Pajamas is the fact that it's perfectly adjusted to current times when so many of us are in lockdown. This brilliant comic book shows the charm of being in love in the coziness of your home, without glorifying any romantic destinations.

If you're in love, this is the ultimate comfort read. You will want to take pictures of each page to send to your partner with urgent "so us!!" messages. Even though I'm currently going through a rough patch on this personal front, I was still craving the feeling of knowing and loving someone - and Catana was able to accomplish just that.

I imagine this book would make for a really cute present for your partner with short, personal hand-written notes on each page. What a treat!

Another wonderful slice-of-life collection by Catana Chetwynd. I have been a fan of her comics for a few years now and own the first two books. I was so excited to get an early copy of this book.

If you have been following Catana Comics on social media then you have seen a few of these comics but a good chunk were new. These were all adorable and pretty relatable. Me and my husband are both antisocial homebodies so I really relate to a lot of her and John’s adventures.

This collection was so wholesome, sweet, and perfect! I can always rely on this comic to make me smile, especially on a bad day.
