This was a fun and easy read about everyday life in a loving relationship.
They are super fast yet funny and heartwarming comics about how love is expressed everyday through mundane things, in the best way possible.

Catana has done it again with a third set of fun, cute, quirky comics depicting life in a relationship full of love and laughs. Her comics are delightful! I cannot wait to see what she does now that she and John are engaged! Keep them coming.

3.25 stars. I really enjoyed Snug, but this one didn't have the same flair and adorableness to captivate me. I only chuckled once and that's disappointing because I remember thinking Snug was hilarious. Review to come.

Due to working as a high school teacher, I am often behind on reviews, but here are my initial thoughts. Book will be included in March 2021 wrap-up.

As soon as I saw this book available on net galley, I know I had to request an arc if at all possible because I love this author and her style. Her illustrations are so sweet, and the messages and humor in her stories are so simple yet poignant. I read her earlier work Little Moments of Love last year and absolutely loved it. So diving into this book, I expected to be immersed into another delightful world of great artwork, humor, honest, and insight into the small moments that make life beautiful. I love how so many of her illustrations are super relatable and very funny. Some of them had me laughing out loud and I had to share them with my husband, who also got a chuckle out of them. Thanks for bringing a big smile to my face while I enjoyed this book and shared it with my husband. Nothing quiet like finding books like this to connect with and enjoy. Thank you netgalley for a free arc of this story!

when i noticed the cover, i knew i needed to read it.

I absolutely adored these comics! I ended up being so giggly excited that I couldn't help but continually suggest it to my friends as I was reading it.

It's relatable, all about being yourself and just being happy. It's so sweet and friendly and simplistic. I love it! This is the kind of comics I love - easy to read, easy to binge or simply pick up whenever, and really fun.

If you're seeking a safe, friendly and fun book that won't stress you out - grab this book. It's well worth the money. Honestly, it's one of my new favorites and I'm recommending it to anyone seeking something soft, light and fluffy.

I love this series when I trip across it online, or when my boo sends me one. He even got one signed that he hangs in the office. It’s a very relatable comic and that many couples will see themselves in, without being negative or depressing. I think an entire book at once is too much of a good thing, and I would endeavor to read it scene by scene one day at a time.

These cartoons are such a delight! Catana Chetwynd has such an amazing knack for highlighting real feelings and quirky interactions that are so relatable! I giggled my way through this collection often forcing my husband to come see how once again she had drawn a comic was also so true for the two of us! This will sell itself when placed temptingly by the register!

Love has various ways of expressing itself. Be it going on a date or staying in and watching movie, be it taking long trips or staying in and making a house fort, be it visiting a bookstore or staying in and reading books, love always thrives when it's with the person you least despise.

'In Love and Pajamas' is a series of comics made by Catana, which is based on her and her fiance's daily antics and experiences. Drawn beautifully and with such an amazing script, this book is set to finish in one binge-read and never leaves you bored.

For people who require some heartful and awesome content based on people's true lives, this one is set to take you on a trip to happy land!

In Love & Pajamas is a fun, quick read that even single people like myself can related to. The art is stylized, but works well. The jokes and other emotions hit in the right places. Highly suggested for all libraries.

This is one of the most wholesome relationship comics I've ever written. Catana draws small short comics of herself and John which is the cutest thing ever. It's such a fun read and really great to pass time. Wonderful book to gift for Valentine's day whether it be to your SO or friends!

Netgalley requires y0u to give a star rating, but in all honesty, I feel like I cannot rate this by a star. It was very cute, and I found myself relating to multiple of the comics, laughing at several as well.. However, these comics were one-shots and it wasn't a cohesive story. I am still totally going back through Cantana's backlist as these were SO fun!

A cute as heck comic collection that describes the best things about married life. It'll cheer you up and you'll have finished the book in no time. I've always loved how the artist draws the characters, so that's another plus. In short, if you're looking for something uplifting, lovey-dovey, and short, this is the book to pick up!

This book spoke to my introvert soul!!! If you’ve ever been in a serious relationship and consider yourself an introvert this book brings all the feels. It’s so cute and it basically reminisces on all the lovey dovey moments a couple has. I really never thought how universal they are, the silent war of who the dog goes to first, the different types of hugs we apparently all do, that love/hate feeling about being social, and many more! I’ll be looking for more of her comics for sure!

I was introduced to Catana Chetwynd's illustrations through her first printed volume, "Little Moments of Love." Her style is very distinctive - rather simplistic with few details. "In Love & Pajamas" is perfectly timed to coincide with the COVID-19 pandemic and the many hours couples spend at home, socially distanced from friends, family, and workplaces. Overall, the theme is sweet, and in some ways, I relate to the couple featured in her comics because my husband and I don't have children (together) and get pretty wrapped up in each other to the exclusion of most people.

However, some of these comics make me uncomfortable because the characters seem very co-dependent. The female character appears to literally smother the male character. Also, the themes are very gender-stereotypical. If that works for Chetwynd and her partner, that's fine but that's not necessarily what I seek in the books I read, especially comics/graphic novels.

Reading these books is an easy way to spend an hour, but having looked through two of them, I don't feel the need to seek out any others.
