I requested this because whenever I see Catana's comics online I love them! This collection was so so SO cute! So many of the comics are super relatable and reminded me of my partner and I. I will always look forward to everything this author does in the future

A collection of simple drawings/comics depicting life as a couple.....totally in love & accustomed to each other, enjoying being together. It's certainly a 'warm fuzzy' of a book, & many relatable scenes! A nice book for a Valentine's Day gift. 3.5 stars in rating might be more accurate.

Catana Chetwynd's new comic book, "In Love & Pajamas" is the next chapter in her life with John. It is much of the same from her previous collection, "Snug." It is a laugh-out-loud snapshot of the ridiculousness about relationships between a man and a woman.

From waking up without any covers on you in the middle of the night, to remembering to get your partner a coffee in the morning to getting ready in 5 minutes when you are running late in the morning, Ms. Chetwynd covers the numerous endearing and hilarious happenings in the day-to-day in a relationship.

This was a great collection to give your loved one to remind her of how much you care about her. Guys, Valentine's Day is right around the corner!

If you liked Soppy by Philippa Rice, you should also like In Love & Pajamas by Catana Chetwynd. The book is made up of short comics that describe various aspects of a happy relationship. The comics are simple and in black and white, but also cute and relatable.

I’m familiar with Catana Chetwynd’s work on social media and this book was some of her regular comics/vignettes bunched together in a collection. A super cute, quick read portraying her and her fiancé’s daily shenanigans and interactions. Nothing mind blowing or incredibly original, but this was great when I needed a break for some mindless reading/scrolling through pages.

In Love & Pajamas by Catana Chetwynd is a cute, engrossing and engaging read. It's my first time reading one of her phenomenal works. I'm truly taken in the humorous yet delightful stories interspersed in sequential arts of the couple's daily life. Before diving into this hilarious piece, I was made to understand that this couple's daily life is inspired by Chetwynd's own relationship - with her fiance, John. So, yes, on the cover, you can see the illustrations of Chetwynd and John. They're pretty cute, aren't they? Well, it's cuter as you go flipping the pages.

The book parades a-sneak-peek facets into the couple's daily life. As I perused through, there are times when the couple loves to tease each other. Their daily life is fully brimmed with heartwarming scenes, as well as interwoven with the skits that can make readers laugh and squeal with glee. Yet, sometimes, the couple has it worse too. Especially when they experience drawbacks, they know how to fix their relationship back. Love is supposed to be like this. The ones whom you love should love you wholeheartedly, not just by your appearance but also embracing your flaws in all its glory.

What falls short to me is some of scenes are apologetically unrelatable to me. Maybe this book will be deliciously savoured by those who are married or having intimate relationships. Nevertheless, it can be read and enjoyed by all ages.

This is something if you are missing the love of your life or are in that stage in your relationship where you are best friends as well as loves, that you can read and have warm fuzzy feels. You do not have to read this comic collection all at once in order to appreciate it. I think also this is the perfect valentine's present for your significant other (especially if you are in a long distance relationship). I know some people are not a fan of the artstyle, but I truly think the content can assist in overlooking that tidbit. Because of these points, I have to give this comic collection a 4.5 out of 5 stars.

With simple strokes and few words the life of an adorable couple came alive in every strip of this comic. A cozy read. I loved it.

This was adorable! It really just made me feel warm and happy inside as I clicked through the comics. Highly recommend to anyone in the mood for a little romance.

Such a sweet book! Thoroughly enjoyed every moment of this adorable cartoon couple and their relationship! Sweet, funny, and relatable! A quick and lovely read that really made me smile!

This was a cute book! It showed the relationship between and husband and wife, when they’re home and comfy in their pajamas. The artwork was awesome, and the relationship was true to real life. Unfortunately, I couldn’t connect with the characters. I think if this was more of a “story,” it may have been different.

This book was incredibly cute from start to finish. In addition to featuring some of my favourite strips, «In Love & Pajamas» discovers a new window into the intimacy of this not-so-ficticious-couple.

The best thing about Catana's drawing is how natural they seem and how easy it is to see ourselves in both Catana and John. It's not a perfect romantic love every day and it doesn't need to be, it just has to be real. In the reality of Catana and John we find what real love is, comfort in one another, support and funny (and not-so funny) moments.

Definitelly a proof of why Catana is still one of the best strip artist of the internet and a perfect Valentine's Day gift.

Catana Chetwynd does it again. This collection of comics captures the small moments that make life more bearable. It's wholesome, cute, and leaves you feeling a bit lighter. As a single woman, I couldn't help but be a bit envious of the love and connection that the two characters have.

This graphic novel is sure to be a hit for any couple this valentines day. It's a quick read that is sure to make you smile.

It's a book you can buy as a typical valentine's day gift.
It's cute but unneeded. Very often the pictures are not clear, or maybe funny only for the author and her partner. Sadly, I'm not impressed.

Agora estou morrendo de vontade de ir atrás dos outros livros e continuar me divertindo com os quadrinhos.

I started following Catana Comics on Instagram a few years ago. I have always loved their illustrations and the situations they represent in their drawings. I have been in a relationship for more than 8 years and I do feel really represented in most of the pages.

I do own and read the first book they published and I loved it! I was super excited when I see this early copy available at Netgalley as I had just seen it announced on Catana's Instagram profile.

This is a perfect book about love, friendship, finding your other half, your real other half, who you can be weird with, cry, laugh, be lazy, etc.

In Love & Pajamas is a phenomenal quick read for everyone who wants to 're-live' some of the most special moments someone can live with his/her partner. Absolutely recommend it to everyone!

The artist Catana has an amazing ability to make intimate personal moments seem universal. At times it felt like she was able to look into my relationship and present me with a drawing of it. Moments like making coffee, walking halfway to the bedroom before turning back and getting something for my spouse; to the true uses of a couch provided relatable content that warmed my soul.

Tender, loving, cute, nerdy, and wonderful. Looking at Catana’s drawings are like having a conversation with a good friend who always understands you.
