Life can be hard and it can be difficult to try and stay positive and optimistic all the time. But we have to try. We have to try and keep an open mind. Let us try to be positive! And that is what "Optimists always win" by Kimberly S. Reed is all about.
In the book, Kimberly S. Reed tells her own story about when she hit the rock bottom. Because we all do hit the rock bottom sometimes. And that is why it is so important to learn how to stay positive even in the worst times. Even when it comes to sickness and death, where we grief, there is always hope and an optimistic side of it. We just have to find it deep down in ourselves. And that is what Kimberly S. Reed tries to teach us in this book. There is a purpose with our pain!
In the book, you are given techniques to embrace a positive life. You are given techniques to explore your thoughts. And you are given techniques to control yourself.
We can all learn something from this book. We can all be more positive and be more optimistic in difficult seasons of our lives. And it is only for the better. That is why I liked this book.
This was probably something that I needed to read after a long pattern of negative thinking and overall pessimism I think this book helped me look at the brighter side of things.
This book addresses how to meet life’s knock out punches with resilience, grace, and of course optimism. It’s written in a fun, conversational style. The assessments and are helpful, enjoyable, and informative. There are plenty of pearls of wisdom, common sense reminders and ah-a moments to be enjoyed by everyone, regardless of your background and level of optimism.
