I truly liked this book.. Serena B Miller took what could have been a formulaic historical romance and gave it something extra.
I love marriage of convenience stories and this one worked well: especially as it did well at delving into the immigrant experience and culture clash between a Swedish Immigrant and a Michigan widower.
