This is an excellent book on Building Top Performing Teams. It is full of practical approaches and techniques which enables theory to be applied to practice. Would recommend.

Great read, perfectly pitched and it made sense. Interesting as some management books can be a little dry. Thanks for letting me review this book. One to refer back too

Good information! The issue I had with this book is there were too many "notes" and not nearly enough thoughts of the author. Direct thoughts of the author.
