I absolutely adores 'Antoni: Let's Do Dinner'! With a wide variety of recipes, many vegetarian/vegan, and absolutely stunning photos, this is a super accessible cookbook. I was initially a little intimidated but decided to try out one of the recipes for myself. I decided to go for the Chickpea and Cauliflower Curry and it was actually very straightforward. Although it required a number of ingredients none of them were difficult to get. The instructions were also super clear which means that within minutes of starting I felt more confident. My curry also quickly became the envy of my housemates.
Whether you're a Queer Eye fan or just looking for great recipes with easy-to-follow instructions. 'Let's Do Dinner' is for you!

Let’s Do Dinner is an invitation into Antoni’s easy kitchen. Dinner with Antoni means satisfying meals full of clean protein and loads of vegetables, with splurges of carbs and decadence. Simple, yes, but always special. Antoni keeps shopping lists short and steps and pans to a minimum.
How could this NOT be a hit??? Fabulous photos make every cookbook and guide to entertaining even more enjoyable. This hit ALLLLLLL the marks and I am so invested in buying the hard copies of Antoni's books now that I was given this ebook version. It will be a staple in my kitchen, that's for sure!
Thank you to the author, publisher and NetGalley for my complimentary ARC in exchange for an honest review. Please excuse my tardiness in posting my review as my TBR list continuously grows and I keep finding so many book with so little time!
So much gratitude for this copy shared with me, always xo

This cookbook is fantastic! If you are an Antoni fan, you can definitely feel his vibe through the tidbits he adds in on the recipes. I absolutely love the format and photos which are stunning and so helpful for me when cooking something so I can know if I’m even in the right direction of what I’m cooking. I really enjoyed the beginning with Antoni’s lists of staples he keeps in his refrigerator, pantry and freezer which I definitely highlighted for later use. Overall a great cookbook!

Let's Do Dinner is a beautiful cookbook with a great range of healthy but tasty recipes that are easy to follow. The use of fonts and page layout makes the book very attractive as well as the superb photography. I love the things that Antoni has to say about his background and the food. This is an uplifting book in so many ways.
The recipes are varied from all corners of the world with Antoni’s touch on them. I am spoiled for choice as I just want to make them all. I think I will have to be disciplined and go through and try them all instead of sticking to a few I love and just repeating them as I often do with cookbooks.
With thanks to NetGalley and Houghton Mifflin Harcourt for a free copy of this book in exchange

I am a huge Antoni fan, so I was thrilled to get an advance copy of his cookbook. This book is a work of art and really beautiful to look at. I am certain this would make a beautiful coffee table book, but more importantly the recipes are so wonderful you just have to crack the book open and give some of the recipes a try. Thank you to NetGalley and Mariner Books for a copy of this book for an honest review.

I received a free ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review.
If you're an Antoni fan then this is a must-have cookbook. On my first flip-through of the book, I had already spotted around five different dishes I wanted to make. Don't even get me started on the beautiful pictures of the meals and plating, I was starving after working my way through the book. I loved the little introductions to each dish, Antoni infuses personal stories into some of them and I loved knowing the connection he had with some of these dishes. I will definitely be purchasing this cookbook as a gift for people this holiday season.

Good solid recipes with accompanying photographs. Dishes are not overly complicated which means they make great weeknight meals. Your family will thank you.

very delicious recipes! I love the design of this book and the recipes are quite easy to follow and/or adjust depending on your personal taste! a perfect book to gift or to have in your kitchen to scroll through when you don't know what to cook!

I was lucky to receive an advance copy of this cookbook from NetGalley in exchange for my honest review and opinons. Let's just start with the gorgeous hunk of man on the cover. Who wouldn't pick this up and flip through it? I absolutely love cookbooks and dreaming of the day when I will have lots of free time to "whip up" some more difficult recipes. The receipes in here sounded amazing and the illustrations were amazing and made me hungry! Enjoy!

I was SO EXCITED to see a cookbook written by none other than Antoni Porowski! And I can assure you, it did not disappoint, The recipes in here are delicious and easy to make without needing a ton of ingredients that are difficult to find. I love the high quality, colour images that accompany the recipes. However, as an ebook, the pictures are sometimes cut in half or on the wrong pages. I am certain that the physical book would have worked out these kinks.

I was thoroughly surprised and pleased by this cookbook -- it had recipes I want to eat and can modify to be family friendly if needed, but can also go a little fancier. There's attention to detail, drool worthy photos (of the food and Antoni) and easy-to-follow steps and directions. Bravo!

Antoni is a treat, and this cookbook was him at every juncture. His voice was so clear and accessible, the recipes so fun and vibrant - it made me want to get in the kitchen immediately. This is a cookbook I’ll be purchasing for Christmas gifts and my permanent shelf!

Did I want to want to try this mainly for how incredibly handsome Antoni is? Yes! But, also because I loved his first cookbook.
The recipes are delicious and can be a little more challenging, if you aren't an avid cooker. The ingredients may also be a bit harder to find if you do not live in a large city with many options. Which could make it a bit pricey.
Overall, beautiful book and I loved the pictures of the recipes.
Thank you to the publisher and NetGalley for providing me with an eARC in exchange for an honest review.

Antoni Porowski has created a great cookbook of some delicious recipes. I had hoped he'd do a cookbook after I saw some of the tasty creations he made for Queer Eye and this delivered exactly what I hoped it would.

Eating healthy has never tasted so good or been so fast! Simple ingredients and no major time commitments but tons of flavor and the wow factor.

Really enjoyed this book! Found it much more varied than Antoni's first outing as a cookbook author which meant that an audience with greater variability in their palates will be able to find something to enjoy.
I'm an avid and skilled home cook who often finds cookbooks lacking but I think this is actually a great addition to your shelf regardless of skill level. The photos are stunning, the recipes don't tend toward to complicated or hard to find ingredients allowing everything to feel both sophisticated and accessible. I will be buying a copy.
Thank you NetGalley and Houghton Mifflin Harcourt for this ARC.

The cookbook has beautiful photography and all of the dishes look amazing. Even reading the recipes, I was excited to try them out. However, a lot of these feel above my skill level and I was a little intimidated to try them. I still think that a lot of people would enjoy the recipes that are found inside.

Antoni’s cookbook feels both approachable and elevated. What I mean by that is I feel like as an amateur cook, I could actually make these dishes, and I’m not too intimidated by the ingredients or the instructions. That being said, the pictures are gorgeous and the dishes look and sound amazing. If I served pretty much any of these to guests, I think they’d be plenty impressed and actually pleased with the meal. The voicey, approachable introduction got me excited about the recipes, and it wasn’t so long as to exhaust me before I actually got to them. I love the quirky section names and the sections themselves — “Salad, but Make It Dinner” and “Carb Comas” were two of my favorites. I also loved the inclusion of snacks and sides. Like his role on the show, this book feels welcoming and a little aspirational, proving that good ingredients and simple techniques can go a long way.

4 solid stars. This is a cookbook for the days when you, and your stomach, are feeling a bit fancy. Some of the ingredients may be a tad difficult to source (depending on where you live), but don’t let that necessarily put you off.
The eggs and “carb coma” chapters are home to so many recipes I cannot wait to try.
Seeing how we eat with our eyes, the inclusion of so many gorgeous photographs of the recipes (along with Antoni and friends) give this cookbook that extra feeling of warmth. This is definitely a cookbook I’ll be ordering a hardback copy of.

Special thanks to NetGalley and Houghton Mifflin Harcourt for providing me with ARC.
I loved the recipes, the layout and how it was overly executed. Although some of the recipes were harder to execute because of the ingredients it was just what I needed to rekindle my love of cooking
