While this book includes good advice, it never really deals with WHY certain techniques work or provides rational descriptions of how to adopt certain micro changes. Instead of experts and data, we get short subsections about how various famous "successful" people (primarily defined in this text as people who have earned a significant amount of money) have used certain anti-stress techniques. I suppose this could be inspiring for some, but I would have preferred credential experts.
