There’s a reason Anne Gregory is such a well-known name in public relations and this book proves it. Her ability to combine the academic’s in-depth understanding of the issues and the research with a practical guide of use to practitioners looking to cement their experience or prepare for further roles

I have previous editions of ‘Planning and Managing Public Relations Campaigns’, but this is the first time I’ve read any of them all the way through. The book works on both levels. It can be a dip in and out of to support learning or report writing or test your thinking on a specific issues. But, as a straight read through it is also inspiring, thought-provoking and challenging. Public relations professionals can sometimes find it hard to be strategic rather tactical, but read this and you’ll find it hard to argue that strategy and planning can and should underpin it all.

An excellent reference book and guide to improving your practice as a PR professional.
