This book is very insightful, it describes what anxiety and depression is, what to look for, and provides exercises to help cope. The year of 2020 has brought on a new normal for many of us. This is easy to read. Thanks to the publisher, author, and NetGalley for an ebook copy. This is my honest review.

I personally found this book really useful and made me realise why I have had some of the experiences I have. This book is perfect timing after the lockdown as mental health is paramount.
Thank you NetGalley for my complimentary copy in return for my honest review.

This book is broken into 2 parts. "Understand your emotions and prepare to change" and "learn skills to build your emotional Flexibility." The first part has 4 chapters and the second has 6. Just under 250 pages so it is not and overwhelming read and being that this is a work book a good potion is for you to write you answers. There are also a good bit of images which are nice to help grasp concepts. I liked the "Depression, Anxiety, and stress test." Will this book change your life or be the book that sets you free from anxiety and/or depression? Only you will be able to judge that, but I do like that it is interactive and seems user friendly. Nothing too much to stree you out more than you were before you used the book.
