We entering the Amish world where Sarah Wyse is a young widow, and not interested in remarrying. She feels that all that she loves dies, and usually around Christmas. She is afraid to find happiness again.
When the Needle Shop she works at closes for several months, she returns to the Buggy Shop she owns, and is run by Levi Beachy, who worked for deceased husband. She is now back in her old world...and some of these thoughts are hard. She has lost husband, her parents, and her sister, and all of the deaths had happened around Christmas. She does not trust falling in love again and loosing someone else.
Levi has had the responsibility of raising his sister, Grace, and the rambunctious twins, Moses and Atlee. since his parents died in a buggy accident when Grace was 5. His dearest hope is to move to the Amish Settlement in Colorado, but he has a lot of responsibilities, and the twins sure keep him on his toes.
You will wonder if Sarah who is constantly trying to fix Levi up, will ever see what is under her nose? Will the twins pranks end up seriously hurting or even killing someone? Will Grace come back home?
