A thought provoking and informative book. It made me reflect and think about how implement some of the most interesting ideas.

This was a longer term read for me, as I was also reading another book on learning and development strategies. However, I think that helped this for me; the books dovetail into similar stories of how they were using personal drives, goals and experiences into finding a new way to look at the current state of office culture and how to better tailor the corporate identity to the employees as a collective rather than forcing the collective to fit into the proscribed boxes within the company. I think this is a well timed book for the process of learning how to change the current workplace and prepare to go forward from here.
