I am still reading this but the chapter on overcoming (or at least being aware of) possibly biologically caused bias by the different sexes is utterly fascinating. And devastating. Fascinating because it may well be true that the sexes are more generally orientated (and generally better) at certain tasks - but devastating because current orthodoxy won't allow these suggestions to be aired.
I personally don't have any problem with men raising their children alone, for example, but 'generally' I think women are better at it. Does that mean there are NO good single fathers? It does not but with all the mindless screaming from cancel culture zealots (burn him, he said XYZZZZZ) it's difficult to have a discussion.
I get the sense the book is saying that many of these biases are not wholly determinative but you're more likely to default to them unless you are aware of them. I can live with that. I may review this review once done.
