This graphic novel was hilarious and well-drawn, definitely worth the money and the hype, and I hope will be successful!

Those Not-So-Sweet Boys was a rather average manga. I did enjoy the art style though and think that a younger audience would enjoy this series more than I did.

This was such a delightful read🌟📖🌟

Midori is the new girl in school. When the school principal finds out that she works after school, which is against the school's rules, Midori is faced with only one option, she can keep her scholarship, but only if she succeeds in convincing a group of three boys to return back to school. This all seems so weird in the beginning, but as Midori gets to know these boys better, she slowly strats to feel closer to them. And soon enough she catches feelings 💕.

Oh this book was so sweet 💖. And my problem was that I wanted more. The book ends on a cliffhanger and I really wanna know what happens next.

This books is the sweet high school romance you've been waiting for.

Thanks to Netgalley and Kodansha Comics for providing me with a review copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

Unfortunately I was not able to read this one, I missed my time to read it. It definitely looks super interesting and I do plan on checking it out this year! Thank you Netgalley for the opportunity. Once it’s read I will come back to review.

I have recently started to read mangas. So, this was a fairly new space for me but I enjoyed this book a lot! The art in the book is beautiful and is 'clean' if someone wants to know that kinda info. The not-so-nice boys are actually not so nice indeed. At least in the beginning. The girl who as to baby-sit these boys was an interesting character to follow! Would recommend it to those who enjoy light-hearted and quick reads.

Honestly, I finished this volume months ago and was kind of indifferent. Fans of traditional romance contemporary shoujo's might love "These Not-So-Sweet Boys" or readers who are looking for a familiar story with new characters.

The art was unsurprising but clean, while the translators Alethea Nibley and Athena Nibley did a fantastic job of making the story straightforward and easy to read.

Thank you to Kodansha Comics and NetGalley for giving me early access to this title

A very wholesome manga about a poor girl that ends up getting entangled with the "bad boys" at her school. The plot is very predictable and formulaic to anyone familiar with the genre. Otherwise if you aren't familiar with shoujo, this is not a bad manga to start off with.

THIS HAS CORGIS!!!! IT'S AWESOME!

This manga gives me similar vibes to Ouran High School Host Club, but instead, they are all loner bad boys.

I enjoyed reading this incredible and I am honestly looking forward to learning more about these guys and watching them develop throughout this series.

This slice-of-life shoujo manga follows Midori, a student struggling to make ends meet by working a part-time job against school policies. But upon her being discovered by the school Chairman, he cuts her a deal that (surprise!) makes her life more complicated but all the more exciting for the reader. It's hard not to feel for Midori but you'd also envy her at some point because the boys are quite cute.

I think the manga might be too similar to a bad boy good girl falling in love. I have to read the following volume to see if I will continue with series; since it is a plot that is common and i might be a little burned out of these stories lines.

This is an interesting title. Three high-school boys - loaded, hot but bad reputation, A high-school girl who is just making it through life on it's own terms, in debt (because of her garbage Dad) but optimistic and hard-working. She is clumsy, silly and cute.

The boys are not-actually-interested in mingling with other people of the class and even got suspended. And somehow the girl got trapped into a crazy deal with the Chairman of the school, and now it's her responsibility to make these not-so-sweet boys graduate where they don't even want to go to school (because it's stupid).

Guys are actually nice and sweet, but it gets tough to deal with them. Still the girl was able to get through them slowly.

There are really cute moments where you "skip-a-heartbeat". I loved it and recommend it for a cute fun read.

This is a slice of life manga about a girl who in order to help her struggling family afloat gets a job, however, this is against the school rules and when the headmaster finds out she makes a deal to get three problematic students to return to school after their suspension and the headmaster will make sure she gets a better job.

I LOVED this so much. This was so fun and cute, the art style was gorgeous, and I can't wait to get to know the characters more. I have already purchased a physical copy and pre-ordered the next 2 books in this series.

I really enjoyed the art style of this cute slice of life manga.
Even from the first volume you can see the characters really start to take shape.
It's definitely heart-warming but think it does deal with some heavier life topics as well, and hopefully that'll continue to be explored in future volumes.

An appealing slice of life graphic novel about a girl who, in order to help her struggling family gets a job at a bar. This is against the rules of her school, so her headmaster makes her a deal: get three problematic students to return to school after their suspension (which was 3 days but they have not returned after 10) and he will make sure she gets a better job.
Entertaining and sweet, will appeal to fans of Ouran High School Host Club and Komi Can't Communicate.
