Strange things keep happening to Sunshine. She is unique, a human in a magical line that has no magic itself and she constantly put down by others. Her run ins with werewolves, vampires, and other mythical creatures make for an interesting read as she struggles from one situation to another. Spellbreaker is a well written fantasy, storyline is interesting and well-paced, world-building is well done and I found this engaging and humorous. I found Sunshine to be adorable , the bad guys are done well , the world is interesting and I need more, especially as it’s a cliffhanger (they drive me mad but I need to know more so I’ll definitely be buying the next)
Overall, this story is fun and I loved the plot. It felt like a new and unique different on magic and fantasy.
