I really enjoyed reading this book. The book is part biography, autobiography and nature writing. Most readers will be familiar with his father's book but it is not necessary to enjoy this book. The book provides background but also expands on what happened after the book was published and the movie was made. He also explains the bond the generations have had with the cabin in Montana and fishing. It is very well written and makes a nice companion book or a stand alone. Enjoy It
