Beautiful and extremely raw. I found these poems full of rage and emotionally hard to read. There are many themes and literary references. This is a work that requires multiple readings.

Absolutely stunning poems, intricately and beautifully written, so many layers of meaning and music and language. I inhaled this book too fast, hungry for its starting, heart-piercing images. Will be returning to it to read these poems again, slowly.
