I missed the second book of this series, so there were a couple of ongoing plotline threads I had a bit of difficulty catching up to. Overall, I enjoyed the book, but the series is turning out to be a little too YA/NA for my taste. Chloe Neill always has learned in this direction. Still, it's well written, interesting, and Elise is a good lead to root for. Recommended for readers if the 'Chicagoland Vampires' series

This book was amazing. I adore this series. I would buy anything that Chloe Neill writes. Even though I have read some of them as DRC I still have to own physical copy. I read this in one day. Although there are some holes and the main character does some things that will most likely come back to bite her (no pun intended). I would love this series as a live action. So much fun and drama!

LOVED THIS!!!! The series is just as compelling as Chicagoland. Conner and Elisa's relationship is progressing and I am loving where it is going and how they are coming together as a couple. Loved the new elven cast addition. Can't wait to see what chaos he may cause. Loved that we got to spend some time in Cadogen House with the parental units. Just a really great installment to a series that just gets better and better. Now begins the long LONG wait for another installment!!
