This book had a great premise for me, as addiction runs in my family. However, as I listen, I found myself losing interest. This wasn’t the book that I thought it would be in terms of addiction but rather one man’s personal story. Yes they go hand-in-hand but I felt that the book leaned more on the latter than it should have.

It will appeal to addicts who are trying to sober up and those trying to stay that way if you want to appeal to more of those looking for self help clean up the swearing at least in the beginning but I did like the narration and the narrators
