The heroine was very young and naive in the beginning. To be honest, she was naive in the middle and the end too. :) But naive doesn't mean stupid. She was smart and grew up a lot. I like the growth of the characters in the book. The heroine finally learns the meaning of true love in the end and lives happily ever after. Isn't that all readers want from a good romance?
