Enjoyed reading this book while it was available.
Helps you to trust in the process when making changes to your life, don't need to make massive changes straight away.
Great book to help give you deeper reflection in your life. Helps bring in perspective you may not have had
Great book to help you reflect on some of the tougher questions in your life. Asanew coach, these types of questions are ones that trigger deep reflection, with the potential to transform perceptions and behaviours.
An interesting read, but not something that I found helped me ‘find myself’ and passion. Sorry, but it’s not for me.
Thank you NetGalley for my complimentary copy in return for my honest review.
I truly hope that the copy of the book that is available on NetGalley is not what is sold through Amazon. This book needs major editing and is, in some parts, just unreadable. Words and punctuation are missing, and letters that need to be capitalized are not (for example, the author says they lived in turkey. Not Turkey. Did they live in a bird?)
While the idea was nice, the execution was off. Some of the questions were redundant and felt like the author struggled to get to 25 questions. Others were great to begin to find what your passion was, until a question popped up asking what you thought your passion was. If I knew that, I wouldn’t be reading the book.
The greatest insight of this book lies in your ability as a reader to actively engage with it. Here's what I mean; it's a quick read if you are just soaking up the words and it's what we mostly do with self improvement books, we lap it up and set it aside and forget what we were so excited about in the first place. However, if you stop and ask yourself the questions the author invites you to truly explore, then this book is beneficial.
Thanks Netgalley for the eARC.
