The artistic style here will appeal to fans of anime, a style to which I am largely indifferent. I also suspect that this will appeal to video game fans who are immersed in a culture that isn't for me. So it turns out that I'm not the best audience for this, but I some of the characters are amusing and I always enjoy slacker humor.

I love Scott Pilgrim and I think these hardcover colour versions are fantastic. I have yet to come across a graphic novel series I enjoy as much as this one (Though Bryan Lee O'Malley's Seconds is also awesome)
