This has been a great ride. I really enjoyed the story of this author. Kimberly, Twila, and Hahna are the lion's sisters and best friends. I felt like they were my best friends too. Kimberly is planning a wedding with Big Ron. Twila was sexually assaulted and wants to get revenge. Hahna is in love with an author and she has a crazy country family. The characters in this book were funny, crazy, and very interesting. I can relate to some characters. My secondary favorite characters were Tennessee and his siblings. They were some funny and country people. Rochelle was a handful. She really irritated me.
The themes of the story were friendship, loyalty, secrets, sexual abuse, drama, dysfunctional family, loss, patience, and understanding. I love the dynamics of the story. Can't wait to read more about these characters. I recommend this book to all my avid book readers. I give this book five stars.
It’s not often that a sequel is better than the original, but this is proof of how amazing it is when it happens. I read book #1 for this series of characters, and wasn’t impressed...in fact I downright didn’t care for Twila’s storyline. However, the sequel was done so well that not only did I find appreciation for her journey but I better understood some of her perspective and storyline for book #1. More independently structured, I felt like Ms. Warren flushed the characters out individually making them better suited as a group as well. I was invested in each of their individual adventures and then intrigued on how they’d all impact one another. There’s so many more spin-offs (and room for a prequel) possible for these characters and their sidekicks, looking forward to how they will continue to grow. 5 stars.
What a refreshing book! A look inside of three 40 something sorority girls from Atlanta and their group of friends. Kimberly is planning her wedding to Ron. They must deal with his ex. Hahna suffers the loss of her beloved uncle, but is able to have her love, Sam by her side. Twila is out for revenge on a neighbor who assaulted her, finds love with Hahna's new office renter DeAndre. It is nice to see the three women support each other in all of their endeavors whether financial, social or emotional.
Great read!
I didn't realize this was a series in a book until the end, but I thought how great it would be if it was one. It will be hard to go back, but I look forward to future selections. I have read TIffany's previous more Christian Fiction works and while I was expecting that, I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't very heavy-handed Christian fiction. The characters felt like real friends and I loved getting to know them and their stories. Twila's first date story still has me chuckling. I have missed good African American contemporary fiction and this book was perfect. Great storyline, realistic charters, and just enough drama and seriousness as well as laughter to make it feel like I was spending the day with a group of my girlfriends.
Great sequel! I loved this book. It picked up right where the original book left off. The way the author tied each characters story line together was so good and there were some twists that u did not expect to happen. Hopefully, there will be a 3rd book as I would love to continue on in the lives of these characters!
It was hard for me to get past the beginning of the book after mention of a rape/sex/no regrets club. The premise seemed good but this book lost all credibility to be a beach read with a trigger warning like that. A no for me and cannot recommend. How is a beachy read ok with the mention of rape club? Nope.
Thanks to Netgalley, Tiffany L Warren and Kensington Books Dafnia for an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

I was triggered from the rape/sex club mentioned in the beginning of this book, so I could not read any further. I am sure that this is a good book, just not the one for me.
A huge thanks to Kensington books for my ARC in exchange of an honest review. This is my first Tiffany L Warren book and boy it's been a 277 page ride full of laugher ,dark chocolate and sisterhood .This book focuses mainly on Kimberly,Hahna and Twila three best friends and their quest for love . Finding true love is not that easy and these BLACK women with kickass jobs show us that when you least expect it LOVE happens and your girls will be there for you in good and bad times. I adored their friendship with their other sorority sisters (I so need that too) and with each other. If you need a book that reminds you of black girl magic and sisterhood read this book. Plot is crazy and character development badass.
I was privileged to read an advance copy of this story courtesy of #netgalley and #kensingtonbooks. I was not at all disappointed. Tiffany L. Warren continues to be one of my favorite authors. All the Things I meant to Tell You reunites us with Hanna, Twila, and Kimberly sorority sisters we were first introduced to in All the Thing I Should Have Known. Much like the first book Tiffany L. Warren has brought a delectable story that kept me engrossed from the beginning to the very last page. I didn’t say ending because I have fallen in love with these characters and hope to see future books featuring them. I highly recommend this book to anyone that enjoys a good story.
What I appreciated the most about this book is the sheer volume of love and acceptance. Twila, Hahna and Kimberley were there to support each other I regardless of the situation nor the circumstances surrounding it. These are women who truly loved themselves whether it be emotionally, intellectually or physically and as a result they were all huge successes in their own right. They also attracted the love they deserve which culminated in the wedding with Big Ron and engagement with Sam. DeAndre also fully embraced all that was part of Twila. Great read.
