This book is spectaculer! I have read full story on google playbook but i owe review on here too. But all i can say is this book is great and dark and beautiful at the same time

I love this series so much. The first three chapters were great. They immediately build tension and build excitement for the remainder of the story.

I’ve been beyond excited to return to the Grishaverse. King of Scars wasn’t my favorite of her books, the Six of Crows duology still reigns supreme, but there was still a lot of interesting plot and character progression in the previous novel.
There was only three chapters here so I can’t write anything close to a full review. But now that I have my hands on the actual finished copy, I can say that I think this is going to be an epic war story in the fight for Ravka’s soul. Hopefully there will be plenty for Nina to do this time as she seemed a little adrift in the last one, but as long as her and Zoya are around I’m happy!

Rule of Wolves is magical, heart-breaking, and filled with action and romance. Some parts felt rushed as an abundance of subplots and politics were crammed in, but the pacing was well done. The character development cannot be praised enough. Even minor characters have depth and complexity. The ending was fantastic. There were not many unanswered questions to the duology. I cannot recommend it enough.

Holy cow, what a beginning! This intro included the first three chapters of the book and each of them is told from the point of view of Queen Makhi, Nina, and Nikolai, respectively. There is no time to breathe as Queen Makhi is trying to start a war she can finish, the Darkling's blight appears to be spreading, Nina is doing what she can as a Rafka spy to save the Grisha being trafficked, and Nikolai is doing everything he can to hold the kingdom together, get ready for a wedding with a reluctant princess, and control the demon within him. Right after finishing this, I bought the book so I can finish the story. This book definitely hits the ground running and I can hope that the rest of it will lead to a satisfying ending! Either way, considering it's Leigh Bardugo, we're in for a ride!

It had been awhile since I finished King of Scars and as a result, I really needed more than just a sneak peek to refresh the characters in my mind. However, I am eager now to finish their story. Nina especially needs to have her story told and will Zoya finally find love? We shall hopefully see.

Thank you NetGalley for providing this sampler of Rule of Wolves!
I love everything about the grishaverse. The world is like none other and these chapters only fueled my amount of love for it. Starting off with a point of view we have never read before was so intriguing and I felt myself immersed in all things Shu. It was so interesting reading the conflict on all sides and how war could so easily be called when people are afraid of the things they cannot control-or even imagine. Leigh Bardugo continuously proves that she knows how to write internal conflict, characters with depth, and a story that will live on in ever reader that picks up her book. I can't wait to read the full novel!

So, I waited until I finished reading the whole book before posting my review here. The sample gave us just a small view into Rule of Wolves. I was more interested in the second half of the book because the first half was a bit slow to bridge storylines and get to the point. With that said, thank you for offering a sample to help reviewers/readers get even more excited. 💕

sadly this was only a few chapters but i still give this a 3 star rating because of the writing style, zoyalai and the ending.
you can read the full review on goodreads, as i’ve linked the review.

I can’t wait till this book comes out. It wil be on my go to for sure. I’m never disappointed.
I loved this preview

This was a sampler, but I've now read the whole book. I have some mixed feelings about certain things, but overall I mostly enjoyed it.

Leigh Bardugo does it again! This sample was gobbled up and I cannot wait to see how this Duology ends. Nikolai is back and as wonderful as ever- yet another great start to the newest member of the Grishaverse.

I read and loved the first few chapters of this book and will definitely be reading the rest of it. Makhi’s perspective definitely adds to the plot and I’m interested to see how it affects the plot in the long run. I’m scared to see what will happen by the end of the book but nonetheless I’m excited and hopeful.

Great start to a book! I’m so excited to dive in and read the rest of the book!! I love this world/series. This book is perfectly timed to get me even more excited for the Netflix adaptation coming in April!

This was the perfect sample of what is to come! I cannot wait to purchase and read the rest of this book. Leigh Bardugo’s writing is so phenomenal!

Wow this sample may only contain three chapters but it definitely left me wanting to read more. Each chapter cleverly is the point of view of a different character so the reader is left to decide who is good , who is bad and who is possibly something in between ! Fans of the original Grisha stories will no doubt be clamouring for more as they will be desperate to discover what their favourite characters will get up to next.
This voluntary take is of a sleek peek which I requested from Netgalley and my thoughts and comments are honest and I believe fair

This sneak peek was a delight. I loved the new POV, and I can't wait to see more of Nikolai and the Darkling.

Bardugo's Grisha universe with 6 (going on 7) full novels to its name is complex and enthralling.
Traits made only more exciting and convincing by the rich lore and deliberate world building in companion books.
This 'Rule of Wolves' starts with a fresh POV and an intantly enriching perspective to the events of the last book,
It packs enough punch to make you perch on the edge of your seat waiting for the full thing.

3.5 ⭐️ but this can change whenever I finish the whole series, I may comeback and edit this review.
I started this and later found out that is the second part of a series, and that is better to read a previous books before this ones, so the spoiler I got is huge. But I really liked what I read and planning to read all of this books. Thanks to Netgalley and Macmillan Children’s Publishing Group for the Sample copy,
