I have read many versions of this story but this, well it was very dark. I always thought Lydia was a bad seed and she really proves it. As always Lizzie and Jane are who they are as well as Mr. Bingly and Mr. Darcy. It was a bit too dark for me

This retelling of Pride and Prejudice with dragons is actually an improvement on the classic. Filled with thrills, mystery, whimsy and, of course, romance, it makes me highly anticipate the next in the series.

I would recommend this novel to all Jane Austen devotees, it is a historical romance with dragons, and as such, immensely enjoyable. Thank you to netgalley and the publishers for giving me an advance copy of this book.
