The thesis of the book is supposed to be to get the joke of life / have fun - but so few of the chapters tied into or related back to this theme. This book is great for fans of Southern Charm who want to feel like they’re sitting back & enjoying a drink with Shep- just be warned that that (as I’m sure it would be in real life)- the stories jump around & don’t link up/flow well when taken as a whole.

I will say my favorite part of this audiobook is the fact that the author (Shep) narrates it. This adds depth, humor, & a stronger connection to the stories being told.
