Provenance is exactly the kind of romance I love. Beautiful heroine faced with an untenable situation, handsome hero more than willing to help out, and impeccably researched history and data all designed to draw you in. The book pulled me into Jasper Lake and wouldn’t let me go until I had ferreted out all the secrets.
