This is a great book for anyone wanting to create their own spells, charms and brews. The author is a Hedgewitch and she shares everything you need to get started from ingredients, how to make your own ingredients, correspondences and a bunch of recipes to get your started.

A great introduction in simple language that will have you understanding enough to create your own spells, charms and brews by the time you finish the book and practice with what is included.

For a newbie dabbling in magic, this book was a good little reference for spellwork and things along that way. I wouldn't necessarily recommend it as a read-through book, but more of a reference book. If I need a future spell or charm and don't already know it, this is where I would go to look it up. But reading though one by one was a little dry and dull.

Thanks to #NetGalley and the publisher for the ARC of #TheHedgewitchsLittleBookofSpellsCharmsBrews

This little book is everything you want from a spell book and everything you have come to expect from Llewellyn publishers.

The beautifully decorated pages contain easy to use spells to help with all aspects of hearth, home and holidays. The components are all well explained and easily sourced making this a perfect book for practitioners at any level. This would make a perfect starter reference for anyone beginning to practice, while also being a great addition to established collections.

What an amazing little book filled full of fun spells focusing on love, money, career, health, family and holidays! I loved how sweet the spells were and I do plan on even trying a few. Today is St. Patrick's Day so I am burning the green candle with coins and hope for money. Beautifully decorated pages. Would make a great gift for everyone. I highly recommend it. Thanks so much #netgalley for the early review copy. I can't wait to pick up a physical copy for my forever shelf. I loved it.

This book covers a wide range of topics from Love and Careers to Money and Protection, providing spells, charms, and recipes to go along with each of them. Looking for a few different options for self-love? Covered. Got some debt and need to work through it? You have multiple choices and one actually requires you to cut up your credit card, which would definitely hinder your purchasing power. Each of these sections also have two lists of correspondences such as the herbs, crystals and oils, one is quick and the other is more in depth.

My favorite section is the Seasonal section. I've been looking for some practices and activities to bulk up my Wheel of the Year celebrations. I think maybe the oomancy spell, for scrying using egg whites in water, sounds like quite a bit of fun and seasonally appropriate with not only Ostara, but Easter right around the corner. If your family has a surplus of eggs sitting around, why not check out what your future has in store?

Thank you to NetGalley and Llewellyn Publications for an eARC of this book. However, all thoughts and opinions are my own.
