If Covid taught us anything its that we can't control things and change is inevitable. The book had Interesting insight and examples. I found and agree that the work of teams with different ideas and background is paramount to success. Too often different departments work in a vacuum and make decisions that affect the rest of the organization at times negatively. I've just been in a work situation where the hierarchy made a decision without buy-in of any staff. I should anonymously send this book!

This book stresses a lot on what I read elsewhere as neurodiversity. How group think can hinder problem solving and identifying the problems right under the nose. many examples of how a diverse team can solve problems more efficiently are shown.

I was very disappointed in this book. I was looking for completely different information. I read about half the book and I had to give up.
