I think I don't like audiobooks.
This book was promoted to me as an educational non-fiction book about team management, and while it did have this included, I found this book to be incredibly general. The examples used in this book were specific but in a way I didn't care about, I found it to be tedious after a while and I believe I would have enjoyed it more if I physically read it. The last few chapters on emotional intelligence, in my opinion, were the best but I found the intense amount of physics in this book a little off putting.
