A superb first book in the Chathrand Voyage fantasy series, and an extremely strong fantasy debut.
THE RED WOLF CONSPIRACY is a substantial read, and one that will keep readers hooked from the beginning. Populated by interesting characters, with superb world-building, and excellently-written fantasy elements. It has everything one could ask for in a fantasy debut.

Could it have been a bit tighter? Sure, but that wasn't the convention back then. It sets things up brilliantly for the next book in the series, and will leave readers desperate to get on with the story.
