This series from Harvard Business Review seeks to help working parents find fulfillment in both their home and work lives. This installment consists of a series of short chapters, each by a different working dad offering advice on a variety of topics including managing expectations, being more present, knowing your rights, valuing friendship, and reentering the workforce. There were many helpful tips, as well as a sense of solidarity and some worldview-checking.

This is an especially helpful volume for fathers who do not have access to mature, family-oriented men. Recommended.

I was provided a free copy of this book by Netgalley in exchange for an honest review. This book is a great pick-me-up for working Dads in the Covid era. Dads are changing in their roles and this book is a great help to this cause.
