I appreciate the publisher allowing me to read this book. really easy to read with lots of helpful information this is a great reference for anyone in customer service.
I love books about customers, and customer centricity, and this one certainly had a lot of data and information. It would be a useful read for those in marketing roles, or roles focused on customer engagement, service management and those in charge of customer-focused organisations - and let's face it, if you're not customer-focused, you're not doing enough. I would also recommend this book for those going for job interviews for these types of roles or starting out in early careers, as it would support your understanding of customer centricity.
