I adore this fast paced earlier with a main character that I could identify with. The plot kept me interested. It had so many twist and turns but it made the book really fun to read.

WOW. This was one of the first thrillers in 2021 that I’ve read that I absolutely could not put down. Hank Phillipi Ryan is a powerhouse author and storyteller. This book is full of wonderfully messy twists and turns, and kept me guessing the entire time. The characters are relatable, and the reader feels brought into the story by Ryan’s ability to craftfully develop characters who experience emotions that we have all felt (betrayal, confusion, envy, security).
