I liked how there were three different cards for each piece of "wisdom": a card explaining it, a card with an activity to integrate the idea into your practice, and a card with a related meditation. Very useful. Also liked the artwork.

(Note - I was only able to preview a digital version of these cards, so I don't know how sturdy they are or how they feel, I can just describe the written content)

There are 18 different themes, and three types of card for each theme, for a total of 54.

The themes are: Abundance, Balance, Clarity, Creativity, Discernment, Empower, Forgiveness, Gratitude, Grounding, Identity, Joy, Patience, Perspective, Play, Purpose, Relationship, Surrender, and Transformation

There are three cards for each theme:
The “Explore” card has about a paragraph or so discussing the theme, for you to think about;
The “Connect” card has some physical activity to try, (usually a yoga pose);
and the “Replenish” card has a type of meditation to try, often involving a specific mantra.

For example: Connect – Identity is the Warrior 2 Pose. There is a description on the card of how to do the pose, followed by a couple sentences about how this pose is related to Identity.

I'm not sure if these practice exercises are better in the form of cards, but I suppose it might be a fun way to add some randomness and unpredictability to your daily yoga ritual.
