This was an interesting story and it was nice to see historical records put together into a fairytale like fable that was action packed and inspiring. The translation was done very well and I could understand the story beats very well

Thank you NetGalley for an advanced copy. While not an entire translation, I appreciated the author's notes and explanation in the beginning. I found the sections of the epic well written, with the politics and war strategies easy enough to follow. While not a religious book, I appreciate the positive representation of Muslims during that era. This text would be better for high school world history classes. Reader flag: drug rape. I enjoyed the tale of a strong female warrior, who upholds Muslim values and cultural traditions and will recommend this book for our school library.

Very good book!! The character of the here was Great, loved her! The story was interesting and very engaging!!
