Fantastic story about magic, Susanna Shore’s style of writing totally drew me in and I was lost in the world of wizardry, I loved the characters. And I can’t wait to read the next book in the series -I have already recommended it to my witchy friends!

Hexing the Ex was a fun, cute, witchy read that I really enjoyed! Perfect for a Sunday afternoon read. Susanna Shore brought her character’s to life and I was able to find relatability with them regardless of their…exceptional abilities.
The ending was a bit different, but I can appreciate a good twist.
Bonus points for making me laugh out loud.

Hexing the Ex is the first book in the House of Magic Series and what a delightful paranormal read. Loved it!!

Phoebe needs to find a place to live and quick. She sees a sign in a magic shop and doesn't hesitate to sign up. Everything is fine except the fact that the landladies believe in magic. What is all that about she thinks to herself?? Well, she is soon to find out when she inadvertently triggers a curse.

Her goal now is to figure out a way to break the curse even if she does not believe in magic. Great characters, storyline and definitely a fun read. Can't wait for book 2.

Magic creatures abound in Hexing the Ex by Susanna Shore. This is the first book in the author's House of Magic series. I loved all the magical creatures in the story: witches, mages, a werewolf, a vampire, a warlock, hellhound and demon. The storyline centers around a cursed statue. This curse has some crazy consequences. There's lots of action and magic in this story. I loved it! Can't wait for the second book to release, Saved by the Spell.

Great mystery paranormal of mages, warlocks wolf and vampires. I loved the story and dialogue and characters I did not want it to end hopefully this becomes a series I loved this book.
