As a lover of romance books, this is like a bible! I was away from bookstagram—where I keep track of book releases and trends and discover new stories to read—for most of last year, so having this resource to look back on the releases I missed in 2021 is amazing!

Such an amazing collection of books! Absolutely adored Ali Hazelwood's preview and luckily it's just been published so I can go out straight away and read the rest. I've added a couple others to my wishlist as well.

Brilliant selection, I'm excited to read next season's!

Always love to read this to see what's coming out soon- please to see a separate romance edition! Enjoyed most of the extracts and placed a few requests on NetGalley and the local library :)

These collections are a great way to keep tabs on the hottest upcoming titles! I love reading romance and am excited to read these books in full. I really enjoyed sampling the opening chapters of the books.
Many thanks to the BuzzBooks and NetGalley for the advance look at these titles.

So many great excerpts! I'm especially enjoyed "Never Been Kissed" by Timothy Janovsky and "Payback's A Witch" by Lana Harper (which I'm gonna be reading asap)!

I absolutely love Buzz Books! I think it is the best way to find all the new books I want to read that are coming out soon. I always Read the newest Buzz Books Fall/Winter and then Spring/Summer Editions. I find so many books I am like. I think Buzz Books is the Best way to Get Recommendations.

This time I decided to give Buzz Books 2021: Romance a Try. I am not that big of a Romance Reader, but thought I may be limiting myself and missing some great new books coming out. What better place to get to read excerpts of a book then Book Buzz.

Well, I am glad I took the chance because I found several books that sound really interesting. All are coming out shortly. I liked Paybacks A Witch, Lana Harper; I’m So (not) Over You, Kosovo Jackson; The Last Goodnight, Kat Martin; and Lockdown in London, Beth Reekles. I believe these sound intriguing, intelligent, and funny. So, I’ve got to start reading these Romance Novels. Thank you for bringing them to my attention.

Thank you NetGalley and Publisher’s Lunch for granting me a copy of this book guide. I really appreciate it.

Ahhhh! So many great choices coming up! I'm loving the current trendy theme is Witches and Magic. Just in time for spooky season!
I'm really looking forward to The Wildest Ride (who doesn't want a reality TV rom com with cowboys!),
The Star Wars fan in me is beyond excited to read the Love Hypothesis. And hooray for the Matzah Ball! Its about time for some holiday romances that aren't Christmas themed!

Payback’s A Witch - I have been intrigued by this summary for some time. I found the sample to be engaging with intriguing world building.
Love Hypothesis - This sucked me right in, I just wanted to keep reading! I have since read the full book and loved it.
Matzah Ball - I’m excited by the representation in this story, but the voice feels a bit over the top to me.
I’m So (Not) Over You - This was a compelling intro, I’m excited to continue. I love the concept of this story. That said, the flow between the chapters was weird.
Never Been Kissed - This was quirky queer new adult fun! I’m looking forward to reading it.

This was a compilation of synopses of upcoming romance titles and it was helpful in choosing what to read.

This book helps me find out if there are upcoming releases I am excited about. Thank you for making it available, but why make a 100 count character minimum for a review of a book that isn't really a book?

So many fun and spicy romance novels you'll love to preview! From debut writers, including two male authors for the first time in Buzz Books Romance! To well known authors, such as Beth Reekles (author of "The Kissing Booth"), releasing her second adult romance novel, "Lockdown On Lovers Lane". A spicy romance about one neighborhood's hookups, breakups and more during a quarantine lockdown.

The credits describe Buzz Books and Publishers Lunch as “...'the daily essential read' for the book publishing business for seventeen years...". I would also describe it as the semi-annual essential read for book consumers! Published each year for upcoming releases for both "Romance" and "Great Books".

*Thank you to Publishers Lunch via NetGalley for digital reader copy.

It's always nice to have snippets of upcoming romance novels. Although I am always grateful for the preview, this collection was less inspiring than previous years. In the end, I just found a few titles I chose to purchase for my collection.

As always - I will pick up every new Buzz Books.
Some of the things I immediately noticed flipping through this edition are that w esteem to be continuing the trend of illustrated covers. I still haven’t decided how I feel about them. They are great for reading in public, as they tend to be more innocent than traditional covers, but they also don’t tell you much about what you are in for -particularly they give you no indicator of how steamy a book will be.
Next thing that I noticed was new Kat Martin book! Yay! And last but not least, more than one book with witch/witches in the title. Will witch books be the next big publishing trend??

Books that stood out to me in this edition:

The Wildest Ride by Marcella Bell - Honestly, I don’t need to know much about this one. A cowboy romance is always going to grab my attention - it helps that this one features rodeos and I LOVE rodeos.

Payback’s a Witch by Lana Harper - This book seems like it will be a ton of fun. I’m excited that it seems like it might be a slightly darker romance, while still being charming and fun.

The Love Hypothesis by Ali Hazelwood - I am so excited about this one. The cover is super cute and fun, it is an illustrated cover in bright colors with an uncomfortable looking kiss. I am also excited about the fake lovers trope - it is one of my favorites. The preview for this book is fast and funny and I can’t wait to read the entire thing.

Lockdown on London Lane by Beth Reekles - This book will be relatable for EVERYONE. We all know what it feels like to be stuck inside, and it seems to be a bit of a proximity romance, which is always a lot of fun.
