4☆ A Fun and Engaging Children's Picture Book.

I really wish these kind of beautiful books were around when I was growing up as maybe then people would be more kinder to each other!

This special books teaches children the values of being different and that it's ok to be different, to always be kind, about self worth, about using your voice to speak up and express yourself and to respect each other, in a fun and engaging way. Children will love the A-Z countdown, it's interactive and accompanied with the eye catching illustrations will hold Children's attention.
Perfect for children aged 4-7years.

Being disabled myself it's always such a joy to see disabilities being represented.

ABC for Me is beautifully illustrated and is a great starting point for parents, carers, families, support workers and teachers to open up communication with children about being different and learning to be kind to each other in a fun and relaxed manner.

My daughter and I really loved this bright and colourful book which shows the letters of the alphabet and next to each letter there is a picture of different children of all ages, sizes and colours, some who are in wheelchairs and some who are blind. There is a set of text next to each picture which tells us that we are all unique and special, even though we are different. The book also encourages us to be kind, tells us that it is ok to make mistakes, that we all have worth and value, that we have different talents, that we are powerful and that no matter what we are, we should celebrate us all because we are all amazing. My daughter loved the alphabet, the graphics, counting things and she especially loved the questions in the book. She was really excited to answer them and she gave me good answers. It was a great way for me to connect with her and at the end of the book we had a big cuddle.

Many thanks to the author, publisher and Net Galley for a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

I really love the vibrant colors of this alphabet board book and I LOVE how inclusive it is. There's kids of all shapes and sizes, ethnicities and races, genders and disabilities. I think it's really wonderful to see everyone together in such a neat little alphabet book. I will definitely be buying a copy of this book!

I wish I had a young child to read this to! I love scrolling through Netgalley looking at start children's non-fiction titles I can read, and I'm so glad I stumbled across this beautiful book.

This book teaches young readers that we are all unique - our skin color, our hair, our talents, our language - and it's all beautiful. The illustrations are bright and vibrant, and contain so much inclusivity. You see kids of all different backgrounds, and you see kids that are often left out of children's books - those who are wheelchair bound, have braces, have a hearing aid, have a prosthesis. It's wonderful the way the book has the representation that it does. That's so important for children to see. It helps with empathy and inclusion of others who may be seen as different.

This was a cute and positive book, nicely illustrated, which goes A to Z on, as the description says, "either a physical or character attribute, and each page promotes self-love and kindness to others." This is delightfully true, and the attitude of kindness and acceptance which permeates every page is a joy and a treat. I commend this as a worthy read.

Thank you NetGalley, the author and publisher for the advanced copy of this ebook to read in exchange for an honest review. This children’s book uses the ABC to teach kids about kindness and diversity. Kids can learn a different vocabulary word for every letter of the alphabet. The author is clever in her word choices and the illustrations match the words delightfully.

A very cute ABC book focusing on the qualities that make people similar and different. Great message about self worth, being kind and valuing everyone. Representation of different races and disabilities is also shown.

Going through my Netgalley, I have been in the mood to read some picture books. This is probably me recuperating from withdrawal as I had spent the past 14 years reading picture books daily to kids. By doing this, it has given me some respect and love for children's books. ABC - Let's Celebrate You and Me by the Sugar Snap Studio who is also known as Jessie Ford, an Illustrator from England, UK who works with bright colors and bold graphics. I loved this book as it had every letter of the alphabet representing things that made us who we are and unique from N- Noses - being all shapes and sizes to C- Celebrations - the various ones we have to represent our cultures. ABC - Let's Celebrate You and Me is a fun and unique way to teach your child not only the alphabet but the different things that make every one of us our unique and special selves and in a beautifully bright illustrated book. This book is perfect for ages from 3 - 6 years old.

Great read-to-me book for use with many ages! My favorite is the letter X is for eXercise because all three children are in sporty wheelchairs, but each letter is a mild lesson in inclusivity. The illustrations are appropriate, colorful, and yet simple and unfussy. I plan to get one for some of the grandkids and one for the local library.
I requested and received a free ebook from Sugar Snap Studio, Quarto Publishing Group – Walter Foster via NetGalley. Thank you!

This bright, colourful book full or bold illustrations promotes equality, diversity and inclusion in a fun way, using all the letters of the alphabet.

This is a lovely book and I love the message it shares with its audience. I think children will enjoy going through the pages, with their delightful illustrations and positive messages. This book is great I’m supporting little ones and their personal, social and emotional (PSED) development and encourages kindness and acceptance.

A fab addition to any child’s bookshelf!

My five-year-old daughter and I read this book today and when I asked her if she liked it, she emphatically yelled, "I LOVED it!" We both enjoyed the vivid colors and illustrations. I especially love the messages of inclusion, diversity, and compassion. One of the coolest parts was the questions sprinkled throughout the text to encourage conversation. This is far more than just another alphabet book!

Absolutely love the illustrations of this book - so bright and eye-catching - all kids will love it!
Also love the fact they have literally thought of including everyone - people with braces, people in wheelchairs, all different skin colours etc - just shows that we are all integrated.
Fab book

I thought this a very informative book. It chooses a word in each letter going from A through to Z.

Very colourful and I can see children going back to this time after time.
I love how the author has intergrated all diversity from skin colour to those who have braces on their teeth to the texture of hair on someone’s head.

So why 4

I just think some words chosen like “influence” and others, for small children will need explaining more from an adult. Maybe it’s me, but simple words to understand I thought might have been easier.

But I’d give the book 100%
