This book was just sadly not for me! I was hoping for something different but it turned out to be something I was not expecting, which is okay and I'm sure someone else would love it!

An anonymous collection of 12 regency novellas ranging from sweet to inferno with varying erotic elements. For those who want a little bite to read this could fit that craving.

There were a few that I couldn't finish but overall it was a fast read.

As far as erotic anthologies goes this was just ok. I loved that they were historical but other then that they didn't bring anything new.

As a fan of historical erotic, this book is an absolute treat. Each story is short and spicy, meaning you can get your kicks without dedicating so much time to it. Each story is different, as well, meaning there’s something for everyone. The author also places ‘trigger warnings’ at the beginning of each story which is a thoughtful gesture.

This is a collection of spicy reads. I got about half way when decided to stop and pick this one up here and there. It's a great on if you just want a quickie read to get you in the mood.

Myyyyyy oh myyyyyyyy! This book was hot, hot, and HOTTER. I'm usually not a fan of anthologies but I'll make an exception for smut any day. With spring and summer coming up, I definitely recommend this book for women (and men/other identities) who like a daily dose of smexxxy with their sunshine.

I was super excited to read this because it has such an alluring and mysterious vibe to it based on the cover and the book description.

Upon reading it, I was not disappointed.

Anthologies are usually hit or miss in my opinion, but this one was strong and I enjoyed the reading.

It was a very well rounded book that hit many subjects. Essentially, this feels like there is something in it for everyone.

The book is a collection of historical erotica short stories. They are well written and the plot though not deeply developed is provided with sufficient background information to enjoy without the book being pure smut. Additionally, each story offers something new so there’s something for everyone’s palate.

The trigger warnings preluding each story is a great addition for people who shy away from certain themes/topics.

I personally am a fan of historical romances so the genre of the stories were to my liking.

Aphrodite in bloom is an erotic anthology with a little bit of something for almost everyone. I really had no idea what to expect when starting this anthology. This anthology is caked full of historical erotic. I found some of the stories slower than I was looking for in a short story. And a few perfect for rereading over and over again. As with a lot of anthology’s I found some stories amazing and some I skimmed or skipped. There is a little overview of each story at the start of the story so you can pick and choice what fits best.

Aphrodite in Bloom is erotic, extremely sensual and poetic. Each story is passionate and captivating.

I love the short story format. Each one is written well (and HOT) which is perfect for me. I love each story being different with their own set of characters and situations

Aphrodite in Bloom is a sizzling set of erotic novelettes that are sure to titilate, some more than others. I found one or two of these entertaining, some ho-hum and some a bit dull. I think the nature of these stories is such that they are very definitely not for everybody although for a bit of light voyeurism they do the job nicely.

This was a pleasant surprise. I didn't know what I was signing up for but I love anthologies because I get to experience different writing and discover new authors. This does have something for everyone but it's in a historical setting. I didn't gather that from the blurb even though it mentions it. The stories are short and have a little something for every person.

I've never really read short stories before, but this book is great if you're looking for something quick and spicy. I also think that its great that warnings were included before each story so that readers were given the opportunity to decide id they wanted to read each story before getting into it. The stories were also very unique and diverse which I enjoyed.

This was exactly what I was looking for.

Simple, short, and straight forward stories perfect for reading when I was in between books.

Perfect for romance lovers that don’t want to get too attached.
